Approvals are still gonna be gauche-eyed and off as long as there are people acting in fear and self-interest.
Meaning: People should approve stuff that SHOULD BE approved and stop showing disdain of jutsu/skill/wtfever that poses a serious threat to their character. I'm gonna show some level of civility and not namedrop. But I WILL say that they know who they are.
If I had that same mentality, I wouldn't co-sign a damn thing. Just saying...

I just don't think its right that a starting DC for anything is 19, that means that most people have to roll a 14+ as a level 10, and seeing as it is C rank, that is the target audience. Case in point, after I posted my jutsu your response was the soldier pills. You decided to take on the ability of the Mhp pill recovering two mental status ailments. How many does my jutsu have? Two exactly. So don't feed me that believability BS. You were scared and were too scared to admit you were. Okay... let's go based on what you are trying to spoonfeed me.Okay... believability. Fine. So... isn't the Naruverse in general a bunch of impossible BS? Yes... even all 8 gajillion of your of your man made jutsus (which, by the way, I gave my thumbs up on a right many of them and the ones I didn't I had no clue on how to understand). Sell that crap to someone else, I'm not buying it.

Same reason why the HP one cures bleeding, its an coagulant. Edit: And Believability =/= Realism When I say believability I mean, is there a chance of failure? No= rejected, slight= edits need to be made, fair= okay, easy= sure, why not ... but why? Yours fell into the slight chance category.
