You know you're a band geek when...
You give your Band Teacher a hug almost everytime you see him/her.
You've memorized every song you've played.
You went looking online for the actual music for what you had to play and give it to your Band Teacher on a CD.
You gave your band teacher sheet music.
You told the band teacher you would supply him/her with sheet music for next year.

bandgeek52691 bakaneko13 you know you're a band geek when you tap your foot to every song on the radio. also: you know you're a band geek/ marching band geek when you walk in time to absolutely nothing without even realizing it. yeah thats totally true It happens constantly and its super freaky even after you've been doing it for 4 years.....

ur a band geek when u go to band camp for at least 4 year and wonder why u went to any other kind of camp at camp which i'll do a camp which starts on sunday

You know you're a band geek when.....
you copy unkeepable sheet music for your practicing pleasure.
you bring in birthday balloons for your band director/teacher.
you memorize almost every song you play.
you hang out in the band room whenever you can.
most of your friends are band geeks, and when you talk to each other, it's ike talking a foreign language since non-band geeks don't understand it when you say "i couldn't nail the Eb scale, only G and Bb."
you talk a majorly foreign language, but to you it's english.(bb, G, etc...)
the reason i put all this here is cuz I do that!^0^

oh, i forgot this stuff:
you know you're a band geek when.....
you can't stop your foot from moving with the tempo.
your first assignment is to go 24 hours with no music(computer music, tv, gameboy, radio, etc....)and you fail after half an hour.

You know you're a band geek when you use 4 of the 8 hours you can have for sleep before work, to read all 45 pages of 'you know you're a band geek when...' in a single night so you don't post what has already been said.
You know you're a band geek when 7 color guard members inform you that you are their daddy
You know you're a band geek when you begin to accept them as your daughters (even though all but two are older than you) and they refer to your parents as grandma and grandpa.
You know you're a band geek when you hold 'Family Reunions' for your 'daughters' and not find anything wierd about it.
You know you're a band geek when you're accepted into Tau Beta Sigma or Kappa Kappa Psi.
You know you're a band geek when you think your school's football team can learn a thing or two about how to play football from the tape you made of the Saxophones VS. Trombones football game. (Rightfully so the saxes won 105 to 98, yes, it was a football game NOT basketball. However to the trombones credit, they didn't have enough for substitutes so they had to stay in the whole game).
You know you're a band geek when none of these posts surprise you and they are hilarious only because they are sooooo true.

I didn't do it . . . but someone else did sweatdrop i was gonna do that, but i think my BD burned the old ones... uhmmm You know your a band nerd when you know the tone of the school Bell Flat B natural!

You know you are a band geek when you get severly injured practicing your music on break by two kids playing football (one fell over me when he was running backwards to catch the ball and my clarinet was shoved down my throat (it hurt stressed )and you end up going back to band camp the next day even though you can't play(or barely talk) to learn the drill.
