Myobi nodded, her heart racing. This was it. She had to show the Kusakage what she'd accomplished. As she saw the clone's attack coming in, her mouth went dry. As if in slow motion, she saw her hands come up -- a fraction of a second too late. She took the blow and skidded back a bit. The realization that she'd failed hit her, and she blinked quickly to hold back tears.

[Rawr! Curse you and your excellent die rolling skills!] Sumire squealed happily at the Kusakage's words. "Yay! I'm gonna learn it, too!" She watched breathlessly as the clone attacked Myobi. Truthfully, she was trying to pick up on tips that might help her in her training. But all of that fled from her mind as Myobi got hit. She started forward as if to say something, but the look on her cousin's face stopped her. Now wasn't a good time.

Sumire decided that now would be a good time to give Myobi and Tenmoki some space. So she trotted off a little ways -- within both sight and calling distance -- to practice some of her jutsus. She plopped down on the grass and thought about which one she wanted to practice. The Bunshin no Jutsu immediately came to mind. It wasn't one of her better jutsus. So now would be an excellent time to get it down before the genin exams. She nodded. Yes! That's exactly what she'd do! Reference:

For the first part of the Bunshin training, the students would practice their handseals;Tiger boar ox and dog while building up their chakra.

Sumire recalled her lessons back at Amegakure. They were similar to the ones being taught here. The first stage of practicing the Bunshin was gaining control over your chakra. She grimaced. Ah...something she wasn't good at. Well! She could only try! She closed her eyes and concentrated on getting the correct handseals. She started out fine...But it only got worse from there. Her fingers didn't want to bend in the correct ways today. Or maybe she was trying to go too fast? She sighed. Good thing she'd decided to practice!

Sumire reviewed the signs over in her head once more. They really weren't all that difficult. It was the transitions and the necessary speed that always got her in the end. She decided that maybe a bit slower pace was in order. She shifted a bit from her position in the grass. At half speed, she began going through the signs, trying to channel her chakra at the same time. But apparently, multi-tasking wasn't her strong point. She completely failed in both areas, ending up with nothing as a result. "Wow. I really should have practiced this sooner!" She shook her head and laughed softly.

"Third time's the charm!" the girl chirped happily. She took a few deep breaths to bring about the right frame of mind for herself. When she felt she was ready, Sumire began gathering her chakra. At the same time, she went through all of the handseals at a decent rate. Her face was fierce with determination as she focused on getting all of them perfect. She was absolutely delighted when it worked. "Oh! Yay!" She smiled prettily and clapped her hands. "Perfect! Now! Just a few more times!"

Feeling that she'd gotten the hang of it, Sumire tried again. She sped the process up a bit while she was at it. Had to learn it fast at some point. She performed all four handseals correctly again! "Woo-hoo! Twice in a row!" Sumire beamed with pleasure. "Only a few more left!" She was really excited about getting better at this. It was worth it all. The hard practice and weird schedules. All of it was worth it. Now all she had to do was pass those darn genin exams...

(sorry I was in a car accident on friday so I wasn't on...puch kinda hurt...)
Sazu looked over at the ohter person but shrugged.
She got up stretching and got ready to start again.
Oce again she succesfully turned into an object.
Smiling she sat down.
"only two more times!!"

Laying down to rest sazu zoned a bit.Seh was behind the class becuase she had gotten sik and then she had to work so much.
It was a drag having to eran money just to survive...

Getting up again seh stretched again.None was paying her attention and she was alone in her mind.aLl alone to trin...
She wondered if she would be as powerful as the rest of the class.
ONce again she succeded.She had been so lucky lately.THis was just getting easier...

Sumire thought about trying it at full speed. Well...she'd done pretty good at three-quarter speed...She impulsively decided to try it. She closed her eyes, trying to focus on her chakra flow. She began the handseals, trying to keep up with her chakra at the same time. Alas...it was not to be. Her fingers became tangled up midway through casting the seals. Then she lost focus and her chakra completely dissapated. She let out a small growl. "Darn! I was doing good, too!"

Being incredibly hyper today, Sumire's focus was shot through and through. She wasn't concentrating as much as she needed to. And it showed in her performance. She attempted to perform the handseals correctly again. But she failed. Again. Throwing up her hands, the young girl let out a cry of pure frustration. "I am not focusing!" She placed her hands on her hips -- looking very cute from her position on the ground -- "Alright! I've got to get this together! I can't go into the genin exams looking like this! Man!"

She stared down at her hands in frustration. "Why won't you work?" She asked them, her head cocking to one side. She decided that this time, she'd try even harder. She scrunched her eyes shut really tight, as if that would make her chakra obey her. Even with her eyes shut, this time her hands managed to find their way through the seals correctly. She felt a little jolt as she did them correctly. "Oh!" Her eyes popped open. "Yay! I did it! Halfway home, baby!" She laughed in a way that might remind one of a mini-evil-dictator.
