Either way I am still going to thank Marley...
Hmm protesting. I am not really with it either. It's not dumb or anything, just seems that there is not really anything worth fighting for. confused
Yeah, well living here since '95 I think it is a terrible place. Boring as f*ck.
I think I've heard enough of drugs for a while. So what else is new in the life of Manitobans? When you think about it, there is not really much to Manitoba is there? What major landmarks do we have here in this province?

O_o que? What were you working towards being?
Well there is lots, but not as much as the other provinces, maybe even the territories... the territories have more to offer then we do?
Landmarks, what I meant was attractions. I suppose that is not much different, but... yeah I am going no where with this.

I'm pretty sure I've hit my limit in biological knowledge.
Either that, or the stuff I'm learning is waaay too uninteresting. (Who really needs to know about housekeeping proteins?)
All the historical sites? (the forks, fort... something... Whyte?)
All the festivals (who was it that tried to make Winnipeg known as the party capital?)
- Festival du Voyageur - Folklorama - those other ones that I've never gone to. whee - the individual town festivals
Americans come up here for our 100,000 lakes (a lot of which are still unnamed, and are slowly being named after soldiers from the world wars I believe) because of the great fishing.
Oh, and Grand Beach - with the sand that got rated in the top 10 in the world in I think the playboy magazine. whee
That's all I can think of right now.

Biology is kind of boring and what the heck is housekeeping protiens? eek That's a new one... dammit, you just sparked my interest and kind of forced me to learn what that is. You learn something new everyday I suppose. It's hard to go one day without learning something. I know I tried.
God, there is so much I don't know about the place in which were I live. Nothing true of historical value really. It's not mentioned in any text book really. But I guess that don't make it less important. sweatdrop
If you could name a lake what would it be? I don't know what I would name one, I am so darn uncreative.

I think they're proteins anyway. It's cell biology is all I remember. How I passed that course still amazes me - I went to MAYBE half the classes, barely studied, and yet came out with a C+ (and I barely learned anything, when there was SO MUCH to learn @.@. The exams were multiple choice cool )
I think they're the ones that detect incorrectly folded proteins - engulf said protein, allowing it time to refold properly (sometimes these proteins are given more than one shot too). If the protein fails in folding correctly, the housekeeping protein (?) then sends it back to be destroyed.
What? No historical value to Manitoba?? Although the text book comment is fairly true - all I remember learning in history class is about upper and lower Canada. rolleyes
Do you even know what "Winnipeg" translates into English as? whee Or.. Wasagaming... I used to know that one. sweatdrop
I'd name a lake "Lake Leech". That way people would stay away and I could have it all to myself. (except maybe those pesky biologists who want to STUDY leeches - they better keep their mouths shut when they find out there aren't any... well, there better not be any anyway mad lol )

Blearggghhhhh! stressed Okay, Uncle... UNCLE!!! I give, no more biology questions. rofl
Well yeah, what I meant about the historical value was about the text book, I just didn't know what to call it really. You should know by my atrocious grammar and punctuation uses. Possibly the spelling too. What can I say? I didn't go to the best of schools.
Yeah I think I can barely remember what Winnipeg translates to. I think it's something along the lines of "Muddy Water" and that's exactly what it is.
I was watching the comedy network last night (that one about the prize of being on corner gas) and this one guy said something that really got to me, but was the truth.
"Everything is a pride issue, in BC its like (Wow are we ever stoned, Then this other guy'll come along and say "You think this is stoned?") and for Manitoba we got the bored Joke. "man I remember this one time we were in Saskatchewan and I happened to say "Man am I ever bored" then this Manitoban comes along "You think this is boring?"
That's not how it exactly went, but you get the point. When it does come to being the coldest province, everyone does try to outdo eachother. What pride is there in being the coldest? confused

Yeah, I just couldn't handle it anymore crying Your one tough cookie. Let's make that a peanut buttter cookie, cause those rule with an iron fist.
Textbooks are over rated 3nodding and heavy. Is college worse for text books than highschool. Cause in highschool I went through 3 bags in my grade 12 year. stressed
What language is Wasagaming is in, and I'll find it. If it's in Cree or Ojibway, then I'll have no problem with it 3nodding

Mmm peanut butter cookie.
I dunno. You need a textbook for every class - and some of them are HUGE @.@
I quickly googled it, and it means "bright and shiny sea" which makes sense, because that's the town at Clear Lake. whee

Yeah, peanutbutter rocks and everyone knows it. (except for those people with the allergies to it. sad that makes me a sad panda)
I guess it also depends on how many and what classes you are taking eh? I actually kinda liked lugging those big books around, it was a great workout. My legs were pumped up rofl had a tiny bit of back issues though. At the end of the year I swear I could jump atleast 3 feet higher. 3nodding
Darn that google and it's massive power. Pretty soon, it will be more powerful then Oprah eek Dear God Help Us All!

Ninja vanish? *poof* Faust: I just had an apple with peanut butter. Mmmm I typically take 3 courses/term. Bag's still heavy, but not TOO heavy. I swear one of my textbooks was about 8 pounds. @.@ I don't watch Oprah, but I google tons. Google > Oprah imo. 3nodding
