Higure is experienced but doesn't look it, this is true. Edit: I'll be back around 1:30 ish est. I has things that needs to be done.

Well, it doesn't say you have to talk to Morrigan. ;< It only says that you should knock. I can change it if you want. And hey, I liked the rain stuff. It's easy to say that it was just one of those random, thirty minute rain showers. Xd Don't want everyone in the village to abide by my imposed weather, it's just something that irritated Taka on his way to the office. Plus, Mist is on an island, and is in a relatively tropical climate compared to the rest of the shinobi world. As someone who lives in a similar place, I can vouch that there are random rain attacks here hella often.

Utsukushi Torgrita There's something that I wish to bring to your attention, mostly because I know he has been, once, in this guild, and I feel as if it's right to tell you guys this at this time, because one of my friend's rp samples were taken and plagiarized by this man and used in another guild.
Kai Takahashi Dun has a long chain of plagiarism going a mile behind him and I find it only fair to warn EVERYONE so they don't have their hard work stolen. I hope, that if you can, you never add him to this guild again, and if you have, you ban him.
If you need proof, I can provide it. Of course, I believe I've already talked to moggle once about this before when he first took one of my samples from WotS. You already showed me proof back when it happened to you. I can vouch for this.
