He was fairly sure the larger fire wasn't his fault, but a small part of Murdoch's heart wished it was. Maybe being forced to clean up was what he deserved, and perhaps the trash bin's hungry attacks were merited. Either way it didn't take long for the young zombie to grow interested in the slow, steady trickle of students leaving the area. Something was up, and really, any reason to not play janitor after all the disheartening job offers was reason enough to ditch this place.

There was a fire, apparently. Whether the Reaper knew of it or not wouldn't have mattered, there were lots of hands present to help. So Manny just sorta stayed back to let those with more eager temperaments handle things. Unfortunately, he wasn't exempt from helping clean up. And would you like at that, slime duty. Well, not that Manny minded, his carrion beetles had lots of friends with that sort of composition. He'd roll his sleeves up except he wasn't wearing any.

"Anak ng tipaklong, saklolo!!!!!" Manny wailed, except it came out more as a gurgle as the slime drowned him. Thankfully a certain ram-like monster pulled him free before it's too late.

((Exit))Rowly had been more of a watcher then a doer. And about as useless as a sack of potatoes. Cleaning wasn't something he did usually willingly. He sure as hell wasn't about to start cleaning for this school. They were liable for the fire after all it wasn't the students fault as far as he knew. Or, now that he thought about it, a student could very well be to blame. Rowly didn't want to think about it any more. He allowed his arm to be linked in with Bellas and followed after wordlessly. He didn't make eye contact with the other boil.

When Maggi was able to get back up, she noticed a group of students examining a..trail of red dots?
Curious herself, she floated on over to see what was happening

Kani wasn't exactly doing her part to make the cleaning process happen any more quickly, flipping through the pages of her slime-soaked magazine and sticking her tongue out at a few. Boils sure were hairy and... She turned her head and the magazine at an angle at a centerfold. Were those horns even Reals?!!
Calder knew they were.
As she moved, she closed the magazine when she neared a group of students who seemed to be dodging cleaning duty just as she was for something else. Looking over, she noticed everyone gathered around a series of red dots.
That wasn't ever good.
At some decision, the mob started to move, and looking back at the piles or burnt banners and slime-soaked swag, she decided she'd rather follow.

kuromeez HOW IS THIS MY FAULT????? Burned, cranky, and in general being pissed off? Yeah, usual combination for Kato to be. It was only just enough to make him NOT storm off... when he saw that everyone seemed to be picking up a bucket, broom, something. Staring down at the onjects offered..... he did not want to help. Why? Because he was royalty in his bloodlines, why SHOULD he help? His blood ran pure and full! Cleaning was not something he did, it was something others di- And then someone SHOVED the vacuum in to his gutt. "Oomf!" ...And that was all it took. Mumbling select words under his breath the boil started to vacuum.....slowly. Not doing a really thourough job. He started the thing and let it stay in the same place practically. "Hope you burn a hole in the floor..." Kato sanid angry at the world once more. Then the machine did something unexpected... and went DARTING OFF in to the distance to chase some boil. "Wha...WAIT." He darted after it, leaving the booth. [Exit]

Tex had been cleaning! He had totally been cleaning while his rp'er slept. But the moment he saw the red trail of paint... or possibly blood, he had gone off to see what was going on. If someone had gotten hurt, they needed to be taken care of. He didn't bother getting May, though, she looked so jackin' happy to be playing with the minipets that the very idea seemed just WRONG.
Somewhere, in a trance, Roch looked as if he was going to cry.

Tosel decided to give up on the cleaning when he noticed several of his fellow students had gathered about and then started to trail away. Normally this just meant idle gossip and a retreat in search of more fun pursuits, but it wasn't only one cluster and they all seemed to be following something on the ground. He blinked and walked over his eyes scanning the curious trail on the ground and his nose twitching. Hmm...this looked intriguing, he quickly moved to follow the trail and the others.

With a heavy sigh, Yari moved to dump a trash bin that was mostly empty. When it snapped back at It, It could only give a bin a smack and-- hold on, what as everyone looking at? Curious, the demon moved to join the others.

Snowman noticed others following the trail of red and looked at George before shoving the mouse into his pocket. "Lets go see where this leads George."
With that the yeti followed behind the other students watching the trail of red stuff.

Mastery over it or not, fire was fire, and...oh really, why even bother continuing to complain about it? She was fine now, wasn't she? With raspy, whistling sigh, she continued to attempt to slough off the slime that was covering her from the neck down, running her hands through it and shaking clumps of the sticky green substance to the floor. "Slime and Snail soup? Sounds absolutely revolting!" She grinned at the demon, since in this case, 'revolting' meant 'delicious'. Never mind what Alice might think. Being a part of DETH, she was probably all about minipet rights or some nonsense. "Hey what's...?" She began to cough again into one arm while reaching up with her other to point in the direction of all of the students who appeared to be investigating something. When the fit subsided, she let both arms drop back down to her sides, her face curious. Something was obviously going on, and as she watched, several of her classmates were leaving..almost like they were following something on the floor. "I'm gonna go and check it out. You guys coming?" She said, before moving away from Alice and Rengath. They could follow along if they wanted, she didn't really care either way, but she was definitely going to go and see what was up. ((exit))

AyeAvast if you want to leave let me know and I'll follow shortly after. Acher had kicked and hit the waste bin until it finally lay limp, this was really not what he'd envisioned for his last days but it didn't really matter now, "Incoming..." Kitsu purred playfully before pulling the usual vanishing act. Acher looked around to see what exactly the fox was talking about when he heard the ghould from earlier. Melusine...maybe...he never did pay attention through his classes, more of the out cast he tried to keep to himself. He turned his head, blood? Looking in the same direction, "..oh..well...hmm..maybe someone just cut a minipet?"He really hoped that was the case since he didn't really like the alternative idea.

With a surprised grunt that sounded suspiciously like a snort, Oinqa broke out of her fire-induced reverie and hopped to her feet. What was going on? It seemed everyone was following some trail of red dots. But what about--oh. It seemed the festival was over.
The ghoul retrieved her charred business cards and trotted after her classmates.
