- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - The moment Divine exited her realm, Charlotte would sense an incredibly powerful soul wavelength appear right behind her. This wavelength was one that Charlotte and all other witches, knew very well. As it should be, since it belonged to none other that the Old Witch Mabaa. Mabaa, has earned the reputation, as the strongest witch, as such, she is known as the leader of all witches and the Head of the Witches Council. Not to mention that she is also one of the three Tribunal Members and protectors of the Netherworld, because of her status and powers, Mabaa and any member of the Tribunal, can go to and fro from any realms they wish, without needing permission or such. However, it was rare for them to do so, so the fact that Mabaa was standing before her, meant that something important was going on and that Charlotte, was involved. Glancing at Charlotte, Mabaa would be seen wearing an eye-patch, her other eye being stolen from her. "It seems that I came at an inopportune moment for you, Witch of Nightmares." Mabaa stated, referring to Divine and his presence still lingering there. "However, I don't think it is a good idea to have a human enter here. You know full well the rules we have in place, even if he is your lover, or should I say husband, now." Judging from her words, Charlotte would realize that Mabaa was well aware of who was there and what had transpired, though like the other Tribunal Members, Mabaa wasn't one for strictly enforcing rules, but should would have to warn Charlotte.

This was partially do to her wanting to get back to the tasks at hand and also do to the incredible wavelength in the room. She stared at where Divine left as Mabaa spoke before looking over and smiling at the witch "Ah! I apologize... I keep forgetting that rule... I like to have fun sometimes you know?" she replied before stretching slightly "Anyway, it is quite the honor to have you in my home. If I knew you were coming, I would have tidied up more. Is there something you wish to discuss downstairs?" she asked.✗┗━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━┛ ✗

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Hearing Charlotte, Mabaa would give a feint smile as she approached the witch. Stopping before her, Mabaa snapped her fingers and the two would be instantly transported downstairs in the living room. Mabaa is a famous for and even feared because of her space-time magic, it was this very magic that allowed her to go toe-to-toe against Lord Death and many others. As the two were now in the living room, Mabaa would go over and sit on the couch, "I've been keeping an eye on you, Charlotte. I've seen your past, present and future. You are one of the rare few that have what it takes to experience human emotion and love." she stated before looking over at the woman. "Because of that and many more reasons, I have come to you today, to offer you a great opportunity." Taking a short breath, Mabaa would continue on. "As you are aware, I am a member of the Tribunal. The three that looks over and protects the Netherworld. I have served as an member for countless centuries and have done great good, however, my time has come to an end. I am no longer the witch I used to be, my powers have dwindled, my body has weakened. My magic is no longer the stuff of legends." The more she spoke, the more it became clear that Mabaa's life was almost up. "Since I can no longer uphold my duties and responsibilities as a Tribunal Member, I have no other choice but to step down and give up my position to someone else. To a younger, more powerful witch. To you, Lady Charlotte."

Why not one of the other Tribunal members? Surely they are way more qualified than I am?" she asked. Obviously, Charlotte was not sure if she would be able to hold up such a powerful position. ✗┗━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━┛ ✗

What she was offering was a great responsible and a huge power move, that could fundamentally change the entirety of the Netherworld and maybe even the human world. Any sane person would obviously turn down the offer, but Mabaa was hoping that Charlotte was one of those rare individuals that could see the bigger picture, the could see how much she could influence the Netherworld and bring about more peace and stability. "Charlotte, you are the only reasonable choice. You, who have upheld the witches truce with the Shinigami and have participated and various battles through out the years, have seen the worst that the Netherworld has to offer. I believe that you, are the only one who can bring in a new perspective and offer broader choices, then any other." Mabaa would then smile towards Charlotte, "I have faith in you. Now it is time for you to have faith in yourself." Mabaa stated.. "There will be meeting for the Tribunal. For the first time, in centuries, all three members will be there. It is in that meeting, where we will decide upon my replacement."

DMA Head ✗┏━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━┓✗ Charlotte listened to Mabaa quietly before hearing something in her head and looking at the ground. She was silent for about a solid minute or two before sighing "Yes, Lady Mabaa...I will be sure to attend that meeting then," she told her, looking up at the witch finally. -Timeskip- A few months passed, or for Charlotte years did. Her time with Divine that one night was successful and Charlotte had become pregnant. At the same time, she had ended up gaining her position as the head witch for the Tribunal. Being pregnant and having that role wasn't a very good combination so Charlotte tampered with a few parts of her territory and made it so time would go by faster in her territory. Now instead of a few months going by, over four years did instead. Charlotte walked up to the small house in her territory and opened the door. "I'm back," she called. She heard some quick stumbling and turned around to see no one there. Charlotte smiled slightly before setting down a bag she had and she walked into the kitchen. She stood in the kitchen for a moment before peering out into the main living area. She saw some quick movement behind the couch followed by a muffled laugh. "Uh oh... where is Victoria?" Charlotte asked herself with a small laugh. "Looks like if she isn't here and is off on one of her little adventures, she is going to miss lunch," she said before walking back into the kitchen.✗┗━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━┛ ✗

As the portal faded, Vincent stood there and looked around the room. It had been months since he last been there yet, very little had changed. The smell of the home, the overall aura, it felt so good to be back and yet, he still seemed happy that he departed. Walking around the main room, Vincent took the time to observe everything. The areas where he used to play, the doll's that used to be his only friends. Passing by the window, Vincent looked out at the area that marked his brother's grave, though instead of feeling sadness, the boy would smile, before turning away. Suddenly, he would hear noises coming from the kitchen. Making his way there, Vincent would see a familiar sight, the pink hair of a somewhat shorter woman. She turned around and stared at Vincent for a moment before quickly running over and hugging him rather tightly. After a few moments she stepped back and looked him up and down, obviously surprised by how much he had changed over the past few months. "Vincent... Welcome back! You look so... different..." she managed to say with a small smile.✗┗━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━┛ ✗

She was one of the few people that he could never stop thinking about, she and Reina were just that important to him. After both let go, Vincent couldn't help but smile as she spoke. With an somewhat arrogant expression on his face, Vincent would reply, "Well, this is the results of my training." he told her before letting out a small laugh. "I've missed you, mother." he added before walking over. "I've missed your cooking, I've missed your voice, I've missed your smile." Charlotte would be able to sense the change in her son, he was not the same crazed and blood-lusting boy that left her. He was more calm, more at peace with himself. "I am glad to see you are doing well though," after another few moments of hugging her son again, Charlotte stepped back. She glanced around before sighing "We have a bit to catch up about. Why I don't you sit down, I can fix something up for you to eat or drink. I am making lunch anyway," she said. It was a bit weird for her to say she was making food since she didn't necessarily have to eat. She turned then and began working on making food once more. ✗┗━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━┛ ✗
