He smiled as he laughed a bit "winter you are part of my work" he said leaning up again kissing her slightly harder. He then pulled back as he sat up a bit his arms still around her.

Winter sighed. "I've seen many women become pregnant and either be beaten to the point of miscarriage or killed. I don't think you'd do that... but I still was scared." She turned her head away from him, not wanting to look him in the eyes.
