So, I'm thinking of making Priestess one of those positions where there can be as many as people want. I'm torn on the idea, though, so if anyone has any feedback or arguments or suggestions, that's be great. Also, I think I'll be creating the positions of First Speaker, which would be like the foremost Lawspeaker, and we do already have a High Priestess (Shinos' Morrigan). These two people would be the ones Aesir works most closely with when governing. Thoughts on that would be good, too, since I can already see one problem with the First Speaker in that it would make the number of Lawspeakers go up to ten, which would mean ties were possible.

I like this idear! And I like the idea of a First Speaker, but I do also like the idea of limited priestesses. OH MAN I SUCK AT HELPING.

I love the headpiece. It's like he was trying to make a proper helmet, gave up halfway through and just RIPPED A SKULL IN HALF.

Desired Rank: Priestess. Her papa would settle for NOTHING LESS.
Brief Personality: Brynja is a lady. Poised and elegant, cool and collected, Brynja is a female who has been perfectly groomed to make her father proud. She's not completely without emotion; her temper would make any Warrior smile with glee -- to purposefully rile Brynja would certainly mean doom to the provocateur. Those who know her understand this, and those who do not should tread carefully.
Brief History: Brynja was born into the Stormborn; her father Erling, a proud Captain and his bride Dagrun welcomed their single cub into the pride with much rejoicing. When her mother was taken by rivaling pirates that raided the Stormborn, Erling was left alone to raise his daughter. Since her mother had been a much-revered priestess in the pride, Erling thought it only natural that his daughter be raised to take on the same tasks.

Brynja blossomed into a lovely lioness, one who paid her father much respect and brought him much pride. That is, at least, until Erling brought home a slave. One with blue eyes that took Brynja's breath away. She knew it was wrong but it didn't stop her from seeking him out, even if it was just to watch him work. He was stunning, he was strong... but he was a slave, and she could never disrespect her father like that.

Or so she thought. After sending Anga out to bring her supplies she used in her tasks, she knew that she wanted to be with the lion at all costs, even if that meant she had to break her proud father's Warrior heart. They met in secret and Erling never realized that his daughter and a mere Thrall were in love... at least, until he saw it with his own eyes.

Now Brynja is forbidden to see Anga and she obeys her father for fear of causing Anga's death.

SOOOOO TECHNICALLY she's not met Anga yet and practices to make father dearest proud.
