" Ok, I'll try. " Kenji said, getting into position, and looking at her hands.
Kenji picked up a rock and looked around, deciding to target the tree she had hit. He threw the rock with one hand, and made the handsings with his other. " Yadama Furooseigyo! " He said smiling, as he heard the wind wrap around the little rock. His face turned from happy, half way to oh no. Suddenly the rock caught in the air, and flew directly at Kenji hitting him directly in the forehead. Kenji fell backwards, landing on his bottom. He clutched his head for a couple of seconds, then stood up and sighed, rubbing his head quickly. He was bleeding, but he didn't care, he quit messing with it, hoping that it wouldn't scar. { 1/2 }
Kenji sighed, and looked at the tree again, and picked up the same rock. This time he threw the rock hard and fast, making it give off a zinging noise as it flew towards the tree. Yadama Furooseigyo! " He said, using one hand again, he focused, and saw the Rock nearly double in speed, hitting the tree and sticking, half inserted into the tree. " Yes I did it Tsuchikage-sama! " Kenji said laughing and jumping up and down triumphantly.

34.5 chakra points?...where are you getting that number?
As a Genin, with medium chakra, I'm pretty sure your chakra point maximum is: 31.

It is 32.5, because with 25, that is 7.5 bonus chakra. T^T I was two off, sorry about that, I'll fix it. ^.^ }

((You're still calculating it wrong...
Medium Chakra gives you an extra 3pts /10 total chakra points.
...this does not translate to 3 x 2.5 ... it is actually, only 3 x 2
Trust me on this, your max is 31 chakra points at your level.}}

(25 x 3/10 = 32.5 Since 0.5 chakra point would be the same as nothing his max chakra would be 32 not 31, but anyway...continuing with the post)  Kiyoko Kaguya

"It is named Kaze Bakuhatsu." she said and began with the description of the jutsu. "You will have to use your chakra to gather wind, turning it into a swirling ball and then send it towards a target. Oh, and it explodes in contact." she said and smiled as she said that last sentence. Kiyoko began to perform the jutsu just so he could see how it works before performing it. Since it was just the third technique using wind chakra, it would be better if she gave him one last example of how performing it. The next techniques though, aren't going to be showed to him like before. Kiyoko decided it would be better if after that technique, he tried to figure it out without seeing her perform the jutsus anymore.
With that in mind, Kiyoko had already finished the seals and the wind was easily gathered by her chakra. Forming a ball of wind close to her left hand. With a single swing, the ball was sent flying towards a tree that she decided to use as target. At the moment the ball reached the tree, it exploded with the contact, creating several cuts on the tree, not enough to make it fall though, it was just a low ranked jutsu after all and she didn't mean to destroy the tree.---------------------------------------------------
Chakra Points: 173/180 "Don't pray. I don't send people to heaven...I never said I don't kill either."(Eh...I just noticed something, you made your posts as if the techniques were of genin rank. Those jutsus are academy ranked so they require 3 posts. Assuming you had in mind that being in the training grounds + being taught = -3 posts Anyway, it would take 1 post to learn those previous jutsus and 2 to learn the jutsu of this post, or am I wrong?) Quote: Kaze Bakuhatsu (Wind Explosion) Requirements: Kaze Bunshin Description: Wind is gathered with chakra into a swirling ball that is hurled towards the opponent. The blast explodes on impact, causing cuts on the target's body if a direct hit. The actual force of the explosion of the Kaze Bakuhatsu feels as if a Gouken Stage 2 Punch is hitting you. A cool down period of two posts is required before this jutsu can be used again.

((People need to stop arguing me on this point, I know how the system works.. I created it.
When you calculate the +3 per 10 chakra points rule, you do not count 5 points as a fraction of 10... it is simply not counted towards the bonus. So if a Genin has 25 points normally, for their first 10 points, they get a +3 , for the second 10 points they get another +3 bonus. For the remaining 5 points left, it gives you no bonus, since it is not 10.
That makes a total of +6 bonus points to the original total of 25... making a Final total of 31.}}

(I see then it is 3 cp per 10 cp instead of 3/10 that corresponds to 30%. People argue about that because on the chakra system post doesn't say that fractions of 10 wouldn't count, just 10.)

" Ok, I'll try. " Kenji said laughing. Kenji watched as she made the handsigns, and watched as she focused her chakra, the chakra emitted giving the ball a small bit of visibility so that he could see the ball growing and swirling. Suddenly she tossed it aat the tree and Kenji watched as it scored deep marks in the tree.
" All right let's do this. " Kenji said, laughing and making the handsigns with one hand. Holding his other hand out, he letting the air build up in it. " Kaze Bakuhatsu! " Kenji said, focusing more and more chakra into the ball of winds. Kenji attempted to throw the ball, but gasped as it stuck to his hand. He started to wildly fling his arm in many directions, and laughed when he ran away as he threw it direcly above himself. It hit the ground, making a small crater. " Woah... " He said laughing as he tried again. { 1/2 }
Kenji got into position again, and focused the chakra into his palm, the wind building up within it, he smiled and made the handsigns, the chakra refining into a somewhat perfect tranlucent orb like how the Tsuchikage had made. " Kaze Bakuhatsu. "He said smiling, the orb suddenly became perfectly translucent like the kage's had been, and Kenji spun once quickjly and released the orb, sending it quickly at the tree. It scored marks about a fourth as deep as the Kage had, But kenji was still proud he had mastered it. { 2/2 }

Ok, Lolz I completely forgot i got training post subtractions xD I thought that academy was 2 posts, I'll be sure to change most of that if I have too.
I think I need to re-read the all the rules so hopefully I don't do something this stupid again ^.^ }

It can stop projectiles and knockback someone aswell." she finished giving him the instructions and by a tree.---------------------------------------------------

The user distils the air around him or her with his or her chakra and at the exact moment of attack releases a large burst of air. The blast of wind goes out three feet and knocks a victim back at least five feet and can stop projectiles. It is a defensive move that is usually used when the user is caught off guard. The wind can only be released in one direction however, and a cool down period of three posts is required before it can be used again.

Kenji Made some handsigns, not entirely sure which ones to make, so in that reguard he was just Bsing himself and everyone else. Kenji Focused his chakra and closed his eyes for a second, hoping that this would end well. He opened his eyes, and let out a sigh, smiling as he hoped for the best. " Boufuu Kyouzuu. " He said, letting out a yelp as the air current was made backwards and launched him into the air. { 1/2 }
Kenji was in the air, for some reason higher than he thought he rightfully should, but the distance between him and the ground quickly began to close. Thinking quickly He made some hand signs, and shut his eyes. He Held out on hand, and smiled, even if this plan failed, it would prove to be quite fun. " Boufuu Kyouzuu. " He said laughing as he focused chakra into the palm of his hand and slowed himself that way, stopping suddenly in mid air, he dropped to the ground after a second. { 2/2 }
Kenji stood there and flexed his wrist, popping it as he winced in pain. " I think I sprained it, but it'll be fine, What is the next one? " Kenji said laughing. Truthfully it hurt quite a bit, but he could deal with it. Atleast until he had finished laerning some jutsu. He wanted to learn everything he possibly could, and as soon as he could.

Shao felt a mysterious wind flow past him as he watched some of the origami butterflies fly in patterns to return back to him. He smiled and watched as his mist disipated. He let one of the butterflies land on his hand as he started to walk back to the gates.
