Gerard answered for them by using the main defenses to blast at her. Gerard then moved out of his spot and revealed himself to the group. "Come on." Gerard drew his gun and it extended into a high powered rifle. He aimed and shot the cut on Nick's arm breaking it off. "I'm back here you horrible excuses for pilots." Gerard fired again aiming for Kamon.

"Not fast enough." Kamon moved just enough for the shot to miss, throwing one of the beam sabers with a shot from his flamethrowers close behind.

Frustrated, by now discouraged, she dodged the shots fired and began systematically disabling the colony's defenses, one turret at a time. Some distance away, John was speeding over as fast as his heavy machine would allow, hoping to stand between Nick and Gerard. He still owed Nick for saving him, when they first met. The time had come to repay a life debt.
"Come and get it, old boy!"
((So I was playin' Sims 2 today, and one of my sims got pregnant and had twins! I totally just named the babies Ty and Strider. mrgreen ))

((*Read the news on the 1st page* Nue! Dun take mah charries away from meh! Oh, I love Sims 2; I have most of the expansions for it! Lol at the names. =D))
The fact that Gerard had successfully booted him out of the systems once again, unnerved Adalwulf. The only thing he could access now were deleted files. Deleted files. Backdraft had probably scrapped all of the old security systems in favor of newer, higher-technology ones. As he entered into the "graveyard" of files, that was what he was hoping for.
Demyan swore quietly to himself as one of the sniper buster hits made a small hole in Natasha's armor. Not a big deal, but enough to bring his attention to the pilot following after him with a scythe. He felt that he was stuck between two rocks. Defend his back, or go after Adalwulf? He chose both. First he reached out and by chance caught Lillia's foot. Then he swung the beam saber at the one following him, knowing that he'd left an opening but praying that it wasn't too much of one.
