Alright. These next two lists are part of the same branch of my army. Namely, they're Nurglesque and represent the segment of the Broken Swords that still follows the former Captain of the First Company, Morgath Gorvan and his brother, Kelath Gorvan, former Captain of the Second Company. The two of them personally oversee all forces that launch, trusting that Nurgle will restore them should they fall. It is currently 1532. I added improperly. Drop a Splinter Cannon from each of the Warrior squads and you'll be golden at 1502.

The transports are going to die like punks without Nightshields, and the Ravagers are going to be fire magnets because of those Disintegrators. What's an Agonizer do?

All that night shields do is make them effectively 6" farther from the target. Agonizers are power weapons that always wound on 4+.

And, that 6" means a lot, especially against mid-range armies like mine. True. But putting Nightshields on those three raiders means dropping two more special weapons.

@Midnight Ethereal: I know just vanilla 'rines, but here is what I understand: if you gave your marshal artificier, shouldn't he have a 2+ save? do you need some transports? I know that black templars get some kind of charging bonuses, but won't you need some kind of troops protection? at least that's what my black templar opponent does to me, and he wrecks me every time (drop-pod champion with termies in LR and rhino troops.) Nice choice of powerfists, I like them though most other people I know don't oddly. They seem to prefer relic blades and power weapons at our FLGS... It seems your vehicles will be your anti vehicle/monstrous? either way, I still stand with the need for transports. I may wonder, is posting the stats for each unit..legal? nothing against your post, I am saying it so as to be wary, and to help you in case someone tries to incriminate you.
For my own post, I will be posting my friends necron list. I would like for it to be critiqued, in that I am unsure of it's effectiveness and need more help advising him as our FLGS is about 2-3 hours away. necrons are not my forte, and really all I am worried about is that he has spent points/money in highly ineffective units. If I am correct, his phaseout is at about ~7? also note, he loves flayed ones to death and will most likely incorporate them later, regardless of what anyone says.
HQ: Lord, Res Orb, Phylactery. 155 pts. (termie base, a very high detail conversion I did for him) Lord. Veil of Darkness, Phyalctery. 175 pts.
Elites: Immortalsx5. 140 pts.
Troops: Warriorsx10. 180pts. Warriors x10. 180pts.
Fast Attack: Destroyersx3. 150pts.
Heavy Support: Tomb Spyder. 55pts. Monolith. 235pts. Monolith. 235pts. (PROXY model, made HORRIFICALLY by myself, so as to influence him to get an actual one. Made of cardboard, tape, and lotsa crappy acrylic paints from children s paint sets, painted in his planned scheme HORRIBLY. TOTAL: 1505

The first problem I see is that it's tremendously short on Warriors. Regardless of the Res Orb Lord, gratuitous application of pie plates on the 2 Warrior squads and it's an easy phase-out win for the opposition. Heck, rushing the Warriors with any short of choppy units and it's game over when the inevitable sweeping advance happens.

Two monoliths? That's....beastly. He should save one to Deep Strike, or cut one out, as there's a second problem in the army: It's boots light. Phase out is at 8 Necrons left on the table. If I play my cards right, and just pop the Warriors/Immortals with guns/templates/Tank Shocks/assaults, the Monoliths flee the table. I suggest dropping a Monolith for more Warriors or Immortals. More boots on the firing line means the army sticks around longer.
Also: Darkness lord might want to try the "TeleScare" trick off the points that get freed up from the dropped Monolith. Give that lord a Nightmare Shroud, warp 'im into the middle of the enemy's formation, and activate the Nightmare Shroud to get everything (or, if it's only one target, the most vital to the formation) nearby to fall back.

Yea, I keep telling him he is DANGEROUSLY close to phaseout. I have only done it once, with my nids, but I refuse to play them again until new codex comes out. It should be very easy for him to drop the proxylith, and use the points for another squad of warriors, and some more upgrades all around. What he does, is one lord and the immortals go around, veiling and shooting prime targets, while the res-lord leads the squads of warriors in camping objectives (if they exist), while the monolith deep strikes behind or in front of the enemy, being annoying as humanly possibly. The Destroyers are quick moving heavy weapons, for taking out either my command squad/troops or my synapse web. Should I advise him for more warriors, or for more immortals?
