War of judgement? Hardly. As for you Opcapta the only reason I haven't rid myself of you s the fact that if I did I would have no way to eliminate my boredom. You see picking on you keeps me entertained even if it is just by a small margin. You know as less as anyone that I can hold my own. Hisikata snapped.

The plantlike woman gave a questioning gaze as to the matter of how Ophelia seemed to know more about her then she let on. Of course, she did cause some commotion when she created her own forest from scratch at the far end of hell. Perhaps this empress learned of her from word of mouth as it were.
"If by that, you mean my confinement from the holy monk, then I have your war to thank. He placed a seal upon the earth's surface I saw briefly before my departure and the rifts you've made in the earth probably caught a part of that seal inadvertently allowing me to return to this plane."
Kareru smiled with a more sinister appeal after her explanation.
"And I don't plan on going back anytime soon."
However, her sinister expression was replaced soon enough with a friendly smile once more.
"Now then, as a token of gratitude for my release, may I assist in this war?"

Ophelia chuckled. I do from time to time do a lot of reading. That's all i can really say. She smiled at Kareru's offer of becoming another ally in the war that she knew would change the destiny of the world. Her destiny...
" your participation is more than welcome, as thanks in return please do not hesitate to ask if there are any nutrients you require. We have acquired quite a nice bundle of animals and even human slaves from our recent expeditions. " she spoke so regally and naturally when referring to slavery.
She looked at Ramella and raised an eye brow. " lost in thought, little apprentice?" Ophelia could read certain individuals like open books without the use of prying into their minds as she found it a waste of effort of her powers.

Opcapta gave a bitter smile realizing he perhaps over stepped again and raised her temper which he was a natural at. He was however amused. " Im glad I entertain you so, the feeling is sometimes mutual my feisty madam."
He decided to end his speech with a compliment.
" Oh I know you can hold your own, you gave Ophelia herself a run for her money that one spar."
Riley and the old man stared at each other.

'Yes I mean no.' Ramella was stuck from which side to go on. No would mean that she would not be telling the truth to her mistress or Kareru and saying yes would be rude and involve many questions. In a resigned voice she said,
'Yes I was.' Ramella looked down slightly, still thinking about it. Ramella was mildly surprised to find out that she was that easy to read but Ophelia was Ophelia. Mistress of Hell. She was bound to have some tricks up her sleeve.

She could already feel the decrease in temperature through the soil. 'Damn wasteland...' she thought to herself as she extended her root-like appendages under the ground and began to cultivate the soil to her own tastes. Seeing the embarrased and somewhat nervous look Ramella gave, Kareru grinned as she moved over and gave Ramella a hug. "If you stare off into space too long, a crow will peck your head you know," replied the plant woman moving one of her fingers to tap her forehead.

Ramella was instantly surprised about Kareru's affection and stiffly hugged her back. The sensation was awkward and Ramella smiled. It was tempting to not to breach Kareru's mind. She was so new and almost unheard of. But these thoughts were broken by laughter when Ramella heard Kareru's statement. Ramella nodded in thanks for breaking the awkward moment.

(Replying to post on page 41. Sorry I had log in problems.)  Isha listened as Sere Summarized what happened for her. She was glad he survived his second fight with Reki. What he said after the fight about Kilia concerned and highly confused her. Reki was quite prejudice when it came to demons, why would she spare and even allow one to follow her around? "That's hard to believe..."She paused after her comment and realized she said it at an awkward moment and the pause was only making it worse. "The thing about the succubus and Reki. I'm glad your in balance and aren't suffering."The only thing she could think of to do was just wait till she saw Reki or another angel and ask them about it, though it may be sensitive information. After finished those thoughts, the question of Sere's reasons for fighting the minotaur appeared and would not cease so she gave in and blurted out the question. "Is this the reason you want to fight that minotaur again? To test your ability as a human?"Isha was looking at his eye movement for any betraying signs that would reveal his thoughts.

 Aeis thought the words through his head to be sure of the pronunciation before he said them as it was undoubtedly important. Once she started drinking the vial, he did as instructed and spoke. "Emruna brisingr"The words seemed to hold power to them and he felt as if he had just casted a spell. He noticed the glow and waited to see the result of the potion.  Sere looked at Isha confused when she said her comment after he said he had came to terms with his demon side, before she corrected it. He watched her head swim in thought before she quickly asked him her question, one he was somewhat expecting. Without looking away he answered easily. "That is one of the reasons yes. Another reason is to put him in his place, seeing as how he so readily accepted when I said I would be fighting as human instead of demon. The last reason would be for you but since you abhor violence it is no longer a reason for this fight."He closed his eyes a moment and sighed before reopening his eyes. He could hear the harpy returning and turned to walk away, waving to her goodbye. "I have something to do, so see you tomorrow."With that he rushed off, his scarf trailing behind him as he left the feast.

Forenza's ears began to ring as soon as she heard those words. She stumbled backwards her arms reaching out for the table for support. Her insides felt like they were on fire and she was incredibly dizzy. The minimal light there was, seemed to look brighter; or at least Forenza had a better sense of things. Through the squinting of her eyes, Forenza saw that her finger had healed and slowly the shock of the spell began to reside. Her inside felt as if creatures were writhing within.

Seeing her stumble Aeis hurried to her side offering her support to keep her from falling over. He looked over her wondering what to do and whether this was the intended effect or not. "Whatever Selena left to do better have been important."Aeis looked on helplessly hoping the effect would soon pass.

Hearing Ramella's laughter, Kareru was happy to see her no longer looking nervous. However, Kareru was not a creature of the night by choice and with the last remaining light being snuffed out, it was time to bid farewell until morning. She simply preferred the sun beaming upon her. "Well now that this is settled. I shall turn in for the night. I trust I shall see you in the morning." the plant woman replied as her body began to contort and wrap around her almost looking like a flower blooming except in reverse as she sunk into the ground leaving only disrupted soil where she had been standing.

Forenza paused for many minutes but they felt like hours to her. Suddenly she started coughing violently and she quickly cupped her hands around her mouth. After her fit she saw things in a very detailed and precise. Her legs felt peculiar and she slowly grasped Aeis' hand. Her hand was shivery even in the warm temperature of the room, Aeis' hand held her onto reality and she nodded at him.
'I wonder what it did.' she croaked. Trying to act as if nothing had happened
