I caught up with the other two and we went on, I poked lightly at the other mind in my head, it was so strange... Once we got to our destination I pulled Scarlet aside, "Um....Scarlet? Why are you in my mind?" It was so very different from every other link I had had with people, even my familiar, infact, I couldn't remember what it felt like to be alone in my own skull.

Scarlet stopped dead in her tracks and Drako slammed into her and fell.
"YOUR IN MY WHAT?"she shouted so loud that Drako winced.
She had started to create a portal but had stopped to argue with Drako when the tanks showed through the portal to earth.

I adjust myself against a tank barreling towards me. As it gets close, I shoot, making it explode as it slides to a stop in front of me. I look for my next target and shoot. I double back a bit to get a firmer hold on the situation, and when I see ground troops, I start picking them off. Oh, how did I get myself into this? I look for Drako and when I don't see him, I look for Scarlet. I don't find her either. I block a sword with the underside of my rifle and then I shoot point blank. I double back farther and then keep shooting.


I am bored, so instead of double posting, I am going to add on to this one.

I hit the dirt as I feel powerful magics at foot. I look around, and as if from the depths of hell, a large army comes out to help us. I see my airship come from the skies, and then I see planes deployed from the hangers. I look for gunners, and grab them, outfitting them in my armor, metal enchanted to stop harmful objects an inch from the vest, and they say thank you and follow me. I lead them, and leave some behind to snipe. I shoot off, and soon, gunfire is heard. I better be getting paid handsomely. I duck and then come up shooting. I see a fed sniper aimed at Scotts, him being unaware taking out a person, and I aim and shoot. I utter a prayer as it hits its target. This would be bloody.

I start to duck as the explosions rocks me. I point my gun in the direction of a helicopter, and I shoot at it, it goes down in an explosive crash. I plant a bekon on a tank, and grab my com. "Blow it up!" Suddenly, after I bolt a good hundred meters yelling for a retreat, two B-2 Spirits and their escorts, ground attack F-117A's, drop bombs on the lineup of tanks. I smile, cool.

I am blasted through the air as I am thrown from a shell blast, landing in the side of a small cliff ten yards back, I lay down for a while. I get up, my body hurting, I shoot at the place the blast came from. Where had all these people come from? Why were we fighting them when the former Death was gathering his own twisted army? I let myself fall to the earth as the shell of an M1A1 tank comes whizzing by. I get up and am shot, my leg buckling below me. "Argh!" I scream as a group of people come to help me. I just sit, not wanting to hurt myself more. As even more things happen, like the arrival of the governments own airship, I begin wondering how this would turn out. I keep sniping, not being able to move to shoot like I would prefer. I try to heal myself, but under circumstances, my energy was too low to do anything. Damn, I wish Shur'ran was here.

I stop near a group of swordsmen, their eyes bewildered as they behold the vast amount of fighting. I nod at them, and when I see them eye my gun, I smile. I tell them that they needed to stick to swords, that they would get by just fine. When they run off, I hide myself in the brush. I aim, and wait for a clear shot on one of the higher up feds. I take my shot, and move on.

Shur'ran stalks through the large mansion, its walls ornately carved in an old victorian way, but the plaster giving it away, It wasn't the old Wolfgang Manor, but a new one, most likely on the outskirts of the city. They had a firm not far from the official government building, and they did inner-city lawsuits. Lawyers, go figure. They also knew many of the rebel bases, including hotspots for underworld portal activity. He knew most of the family's names, but not all was jubilant of Axel Wolfgang II being leader. Most of them actually wanted him dead, but in the open, they didn't think or dream of it, for fear he would find out and kill them. He modeled his ideals from his father, but, unlike the first Axel, he didn't try to be nice to people. He did what he did, thinking it was what made his father so good at leading, but he didn't always try to be nicer and newer, like his father did. Unfortunately, this made him unforgiving and mean. If Vincent could get in and rally the Wolfgangs into a frenzy against their current leader, he would have an easy time against his opponent.

I jumped up from where I had fallen from the earthquake, which also seemed to be an explosion, "What was that Scarlet?!" She blinked at me. Not to be outdone I looked at the goverment forces, gaining their footing again, readying a charge. I had seen a fight like this before, outnumbered we stood no real chance if we where to have enough man power to make a counter-attack.. I knew just what to do. I uttered what seemed a paragraph of summoning, actualy uttering the words gave added strength to the spell along with control, something I needed. I had done this before, it wasn't pretty then and it wasn't going to be now. I thrust both hands forwards, fingers extended towards the goverment agents. I collosal humanoid rams head appeared above my head, a humongous spectral giant that would have struck bear in their hearts by itsself. The spell would only be seen by those I dubbed my enemies, thus my comrades wouldn't be affected, infact only another summoner could see it, I hoped Vincent didn't get any ideas, the spectral creatures mouth opened, a hideous wail split the current sounds, shattering them, all of my enemies vision, thought, was invaded with the horrible sight and sound. The wail broke into a maddeningly terrifieing scream, the agents broke down in fear, a supernatural fear from the avatar of the wild god Pan. The scream of Panic was one of his many useful abilities, as it was this master level spell was draining my strength by large amounts. But it was good enough, the agents had all but cleared out, the tanks had broken down as the men inside fled. All of the agents had left when I finnaly released the Avatar, the men looked bewildered at best, they had seen me do it once before but they had no idea what it was, except for the summoners who stared wide-eyed, humbled by teh spells immense power. My muscles ached like never before, I dropped to my knees, gulping air in, my arms limp at my side. Just like the good ol' days. Sweating buckets I had the strength to summon one more memory from the past, an angelic being, golden hair, lightly glowing whispy-wings of pure light. "You have aided me before," I began panting, "please....find and aid those wounded....count the dead." The valkyrie nodded her head and flew gracefully away on those silvery wings. I sat there another moment before falling back, that spell had both physically and mentally drained me, but I was prepared for that, it was what had to be done.
