Alicia punched a fist in the air, trying to push the events of last night out of her mind. She had things she was hiding, too. "Let's gooo!" she said, twirling around.

"What's your plan for today, aside from scaring some of my best students witless?" Braden clapsed his hands together on the table. His dark eyes bore into hers inquiringly.
Tavia took another sip of her coffee before responding evenly, "Aside from terrorizing one of your egotistic students, I'm thinking about joining Khalstar's march against Char."
"And for what reason would you do that?" Braden studied her carefully. She was quite the handful. Her parents wouldn't like to see where her latest scheme would take her.
Pursing her lips, Tavia formulated a response that would pass without an arguement, "Not joining their troops, persay, but I wish to rid Char of their evil king. They used be a thriving kingdom. I think I visited it when I was younger with my parents and siblings."
"Well, I can't stop you." Braden sighed with resignation. "I wish you luck."
Smiling brightly, Tavia stood from the table, taking a last gulp from her mug. She gave Braden a swift peck on the cheek, "Thank you! I'll be back soon. I promise. I won't die on you."
Tavia already had everything she would need - her sword and the clothes on her back, but she felt it wouldn't hurt to pack a small travel bag to take along with her just in case. Heading back to her room, Tavia packed her waistpouch with coins and an extra pair of gloves. She threw an old, brown cloak over her shoulders before leaving her room. Without so much as a backwards glance, she headed out the large iron gates that kept intruders from entering the training grounds.
Heading towards the village, she quickly bought a canteen for freshwater, a loaf of freshly baked bread, and a slab of cheese. That would be enough for now. She'd pick up more once she reached the next town if she needed to. Her food supplies stocked, Tavia continued towards the kingdom of Char along a clear pathway that lead first to the Forest Kalavara.

Alicia blushed. Her eyes trailed down to her feet, and she nodded quickly. "I love... you too..." she whispered, clasping her hands together.
