Hm... I know that Zu-kun used to be the one to ask about this, so I'm thinking that its Baylu now... But to whom every it may concern:
I would like training set up in order to learn a new technique I invented, please and thank you!!
Kawaii no jutsu [Cuteness Technique] Invented, but not learned. The user of this technique has perfected pulling at people's heart strings by using cute looks and adorable faces. They use their genjutsu to accent cute features such as watery eyes, pouty lips, sakura pinks cheeks and soft baby like giggles. It's a combination of sight and sound that allows the user to put on that adorable act in order to get what they want. Cp Cost: 10 + 2 per holding post Damage: None. Requirement: Charisma 20 ranks, Genjutsu 15 ranks Seals: Serpent, Tiger, Ram, Dog Avoid: Sense Special: + Intel Mod to Persuade, Seduce, and Lie

Baylu Eras kouri-chan_xx Building a training dummy Kane's going to build one of those wooden training dummy things like in Ip-Man! Step I Kane has to find the right sized tree trunk and cut it. Go to the Bamboo Forest for this step. DC: 10 + Detect Train: 3/3 DC: 50 Roll: 10 + str mod and subtract total roll from DC Step II Kane has to strip the bark off the tree. DC: 10 + Sword. Whatever sword you're using will determine the modifier used with it. Train: 3/3 Step III Kane will have to whittle the tree trunk into a shape vaguely resembling a human being, with the limbs etc. clearly there, and vital points marked. DC: 15 + Blacksmith Train: 3/3 If you make set DC's, you can make this training exercise into creating an "Item" Example: Training Dummy Any squad leader would love a training dummy in order to aid them in training their students. If you have special details you'd like your squad to pay attention to, create your own dummy. Special: +1 to Training Rolls when practicing (Choose Skill) with Dummy. Requirements: Complete the three crafting steps.
I could have a set DC.. would it still be a training exercise then? Well I was thinking a DC of 15 for Detect and a DC of 20 or so for the Blacksmith.
Ta daaaa~Thanks, baylu~! What about the rest? I want to have Kane do the Balance training especially, actually. sweatdrop That won't be now though. Maybe later int he RP day. Oh, and I wanted to propose this 'constant' training. I don't know if it's really counted, but I've got an idea about it. Training on sandMoving around on sandy terrain is harder than it looks! The sand absorbs the impact of your feet; therefore, you need to expend more energy than you would on harder ground. 1.6 times more energy in fact. DC: - Train: Unlimited Special: -2 to roll (?) every time you perform a vigorous physical activity on the sand, eg. running laps, sparring Reward: +? Endurance? per 10/20 posts? I sort of see this as a permanent penalty to training on sand, except you get a sweet reward for sticking to it. So maybe in addition to training Taijutsu in sparring, both parties will have to work extra hard to dodge, lunge at the other party etc. I put endurance as the reward since the result is an improvement in cardiovascular fitness. But then again if you're sparring and you spend the whole time doing d20 + Taijutsu and d20 + Dodge, getting a Endurance reward is kind of weird... sweatdrop Of course, if this is too complicated, just tell me XD And I shall go somewhere else for my team~

Running laps d20 + End mod DC: 10 + End mod Train: 5/5
OMFG I put Con instead of End, brain spaz there, I shall edit that.
Anyway:
Kane ran across the beach. He was very tired but knew that he should persevere!
d20 [11] + End mod [4] - Sand penalty [2] = 13 DC: 14
Train post: 1
The sand penalty effectively makes the dice roll DC for trainings 12 and 17. You have to keep count of how many train posts you've made.
After maybe 15-20 of that, whether it's success or failure, the shinobi receives +1 End or something to that effect. I know we get extra exp for a challenging DC, I guess I'm trying to convert that exp into a concrete measure of fitness? I guess. It seemed like a nice idea at the time >>
Of course, if my team doesn't like the idea, I'll scrap it >>

We can work on those. We'll need other crew who preside over some of those threads, but they can be worked out.

kouri-chan_xx So they suffer a penalty to their roll and lose Hp? Run Through Sand Run through the hot sand, its gonna make your chest burn and work you muscles causing you fatigue. DC: 10 1d20 + Sprint Train: 3/3 Special: -5 HP per roll.
Whenever your HP/CP drop below 50% when training, you get a bonus point towards Endurance/Chakra. You want them to get a bonus point with training correct? That's the way to do it.

Okay, I'm just making sure on this cause I think I may be understanding this wrong. Lu, for the excersise with the two against the demons. There is the DC of 10, and a training of 2/2. Does that mean that we just need like two successful rolls to defeat the demon and get the person out? Or do we have to do like a whole sparring against them to ligit kill them? Cause then I noticed the Demon's HP and got all confused, lol.

I would like to Use the Building a training dummy excercise that Kouri submitted to make one In the Samurai Base in Seshiro's room but id liked to change some things since Seshiro has barely the tools needed I have first the Original and then mine. Can this approved?
" Original" Training Dummy Any squad leader would love a training dummy in order to aid them in training their students. If you have special details you'd like your squad to pay attention to, create your own dummy. Special: +1 to Training Rolls when practicing (Choose Skill) with Dummy. Requirements: Complete the three crafting steps. Step I find the right sized tree trunk and cut it. Go to the Bamboo Forest for this step. DC: 10 + Detect Train: 3/3 DC: 50 Roll: 10 + str mod and subtract total roll from DC Step II strip the bark off the tree. DC: 10 + Sword. Whatever sword you're using will determine the modifier used with it. Train: 3/3 Step III whittle the tree trunk into a shape vaguely resembling a human being, with the limbs etc. clearly there, and vital points marked. DC: 15 + Blacksmith Train: 3/3
"Seshiro's Training Dummy" Seshiro would like to train the most he can now that he is with the Samurai. In order to do so he wants to have a training dummy so that he can do too on his free time but he has none of the necesary tools. The desired Dummy must be divided in 3 sections and must spin in each one so that Taijutsu training can be as active as real sparring. Step I Seshiro must design and plan how to build the Dummy with whatever equipment he has avaiable DC:10 + Knowledge Roll: 1d20 + Knowledge 3/3
Step II Go into the forest nearby and find the perfect tree DC:10 + Detect Roll 1d20 + Detet 3/3
Step III Now that youve found it you must drop it down with just your punches and kicks DC: 100 Roll: 1d20 + Taijutsu Special: Subtract your total roll from the DC until it reaches zero
Step IV Remove the bark to give it shape. Since you dont have any blade, use your Kunai to carve the wood. The Job will be tedious and long, and require a lot of resistance. Then take it to your room. DC: 10 + Fortitude Roll: 1d20 + Fortitude
Step V Build and Assemble the pieces of the Dummy in your room DC: 10+ Blacksmith Roll: 1d20 + Blacksmith
Final Result: Seshiro's Training Dummy: Unlike the professionally assembled ones in Shima this dummy looks rough and rustic. The dummy can spin in 3 sections it is divided to allow a more realistic Hand to Hand combat experience of attacking and dodging Special: No + 1 to any training since it is not professionally made.
