Harker was one Heck of a Sniper and he felt alittel better about this now.
until alittel while ago he was afraid this was just another stab at him in punishment for his failer at sarifim. not only did the ONI Deside to knock him down from corperal they also took him off the jump roster for 3 mouths that was a few years ago but it still sat bad with him. he lucked out, the man that did this to him was later found a spy of what remained of the Innies but John Harker was stuck as a Privet on paper. and in his file so the fact that he was still #2 in his jump meant nothing to the UNSC.
Rally and Gurber Promised that it would be taken care of. and as prof. the Captain had all ways adressed harker as Corperal.
Now that was done, harker had to remember he was still a Privet.
but Maybe this new post was the ONI way of trying to fix things.

Liz's wrist watched beeped. She looked at it confused. "Ah. Interesting. Harker. You and Johnson were just granted a promotion. Johnson, you are now a Master Sarge, and Harker, you are a Private 1st class. Congradulations." Liz said, smailing, then shook Harker's hand again.

"well Im am geared and ready to do something, 3 mouths under cold store gets a guy a little wanting for something to do... it is may right?"
harker never thought to ask what the day was.

"There's an obstacle couse out back, or you and Ryan can try go against me in a stun round fire off." Liz suggested. "There are also some targets that we could shoot at, but the fire fight exersize is a better idea."

Harker's Dog-tags stared to finally peel off his chest, the cyro pod would be the only place that a marine was not required to have them on because they froze to the skin the a blister would from leaveing the scared name rank and s/n on your chest for a month, but he did it any way like most hell jumpers. but the first few days burned giveing him a rush that he used in battel.
