Ahren exhaled, letting her staff drop to her side. She shook out her arms, the muscles relaxing. Her gaze travelled around the cavern, pausing on the three dead goblins. "We are all tired," she admitted. "Maybe we should rest a little. It wouldn't do us much good to charge ahead and be overwhelmed by the next monster we meet."

"Ok," Lexenos said, holding his sister's head against his shoulder and looking around at the party members, "that's three for resting, who else wants to stay put? Aaron? Ahren? Varnis?"

Mel lifted her head off of her brother's shoulders as the same glowing screen that had appeared before showed up in front of her. She muttered to herself for a moment before hitting the button labeled "Agi" twice and the button for "Res" once. She stood up and leaned against the wall as the screen disappeared with a small pop. She looked around to see who else had gotten a screen and she saw that Ahren, Aaron, and her brother had also gotten a screen. Her eyes came to rest on her brother, to see what stats he would pick.

Lexenos watched his sister as she chose her stat bonuses. He beamed as his own screen appeared in front of him. Quickly scanning his stats, he decided to raise his lowest stats, raising his Resistance by two points and his Agility by one. He leaned back against the wall and looked up at his sister. "Kinda weird how that worked out. We chose the same stats to raise, except we chose different stats to up by two." A giant smile spread across his face and he laughed to himself.

Cheerfully, Aaron picked out his raised stats with the air of one who had no clue of what they were doing, but winged it all the same by guessing.
"Hm... this looks good," he mused, poking the Agility button a couple of times (two, to be exact) and the Resistance button once. The screen vanished, and Aaron continued to sit on the floor cluelessly.

((I'm going to keep going outside the cave, but i don't know if the Ranger defeated the goblin or not. So unless you want me to make it up, could you let me know how the battle went, Varnis?))

Ahren narrowed her eyes at the screen before her. Tentative, she extended one arm. Her finger pressed Strength twice, before dropping to touch Resistance. The screen vanished, leaving Ahren's hand outstretched. She settled on the cavern's floor, legs tucked beneath her.

"Alright, that's everyone," Mel said as she watched Ahren's screen, the last one, disapear. "What do we do now? I don't need to rest anymore, and Lex, Ahren, and Aaron shouldn't have to either. Artica? Varnis? Do you two still need to rest?"
