*continues plucking along at about 30mph now just as his body collides with 9's torso and left shouler. Tate goes right through with almost or no resistance, the only signs of his maneuver is the ectoplasm splattered across 9's body as Tate tumbles into the floor and disappears*

*pops up head sticking out of the floor.* Well, you see, since I have been deceased for about three weeks now I'm finally starting get get the hang choosing what I can and cannot pass through. Either way I end up getting you with my ectoplasm, though. So, sorry about the splatters and all.
