Elemental Draconis Cabron the Swan Coulda swore he only had headwings. Maybe that's Dratini.

Though... I just remembered. Hair/nails/horns = keratin
I guess hair would technically be a form of horns, just not formed AS horns. I guess.

And how are you? Well maybe all dragons have hair that's just formed as horns. HOW DO YOU LIKE THAT LOGIC?
