you should read 'the unbearable lightness of being' or 'atlas shrugged' if you like to read. absolutely amazing books.
or 'if on a winters night, a traveler'.

Mazzie Bell I usually love reading... but this book (Reading Lolita In Tehran) is veeery challenging. O.O I LOVE THAT BOOK!! I read it in Independent Reading.

Kyomylove Mazzie Bell I usually love reading... but this book (Reading Lolita In Tehran) is veeery challenging. O.O I LOVE THAT BOOK!! I read it in Independent Reading. I like when she's in the reading group with the other girls, or talking about her experiences; but when she talks about politics for a while it's hard for me to keep focus. And I feel soooo bad for the women there, the way they're treated is horrible.

i hate my summer reading too
the freedom writers diary....
i dont relate to it at all...

So, I do agree that Dexter starts out kind of blah...but it started getting better. I ended up getting my mom into it without even trying, and we finished the second disc to season 1 last night. So..we went to Walmart to see if they had the first season, they didn't...just the 2nd-4th. We got home after getting other stuff we needed and I checked on Amazon. Then I checked on Ebay and they had one ending in three minutes for the first three seasons. I took a look and during the time I waited it went up to $45, so within the last minute I bid $46..and I won it! So I have three brand new seasons on the way! I saved around $20 or so going through the ebay one because the shipping was free too! Woo hoo!
