Kael would make the second 1 in our 10, probably.
I forgot what one needs to see a shinigami, but if it involves any kind of supernatural senses Kael will bump right into the guy and freak out about invisible people/go right through him. However it works.

I never made it a matter of such deep thought, so I've always left it to someone's character to say whether they see him or not.
But hey...bumping into an invisible person and freaking out is funny.
I'm gonna have to think a way around this someday, though.
