@Greg: Think about it. David, in the middle of the desert. It's pretty much impossible for him to die in a fight there, and a fairly good chance for him to win.
Besides, Zane's been avoiding killing anyone for some reason.
@Jade: Well yeah, he only blew the top off. Knock the top off a tower the rest doesn't crumble.

That's a liiiittle bit different. 9/11, they crashed the planes into the middle of the towers really. Closer to the top, but not quite. Not only that, they exploded to some degree. Combine that with the momentum and force behind the plane, and it's pretty much taking a sledgehammer to a Jenga tower.
This on the other hand, was a bomb set off on the top floor of the tower, in which case the most that it really does is blow the roof and walls off. No sideways force means no toppling, and because it hit the top, the structural integrity isn't compromised, so, the tower stands.

Add to that the heat that caused the metal things holding the building up to start bending and melting, and bam, london bridges... Oh yeah and Osama is dead.

Hmmm... I am thinking, for about the fiftieth time, of trying out GN, just for the hell of it. I am also thinking, that it would be insanely fun to recreate David over there as a hermit in the desert. Now, if I did such a silly thing, what level of threats would I need to make to get automatic approval, seeing as you're listed as the demon judge? =.= This is of course unlikely to ever happen, but if it did, I honestly hate writing RP samples with every bone in my body.
