I can do twenty.
Sometimes more if my personal trainer is with me, but its not exactly as easy as it looks.
I think it's easier when you have a block in front of you that can basically save you if you go forward too much, but I never get that luxury.

I know, s'just...the amount of schadenfreude is a little too much even for my sense of humour. I shouldn't laugh at how much others hurt themselves.

I can do 10. But after the first 5 I've gotta bend my arms, otherwise my lower back will cave in.
I just taught myself.
Going as far as I could. And doing deadlifts. and supermans.

It helps if you stretch out your core and back beforehand.
I do the cats cradle, and a few other things to limber those up. And I eat crunches for breakfast so I never have a problem keeping my abs tight.
I'm trying to work on my pull ups right now though... I went and bought a bar too, gotta install it though.

The back one's kinda cool actually XD
Edit: I think I just wanna start climbing. I really like the idea, and it'd get me away from the comp.

Vahn Fah I'm trying to work on my pull ups right now though... I went and bought a bar too, gotta install it though. http://store.titleboxing.com/titleboxing-everlast-multi-function-home-gym.html I bought that like a year ago. I use it exclusively for pullups.

In all the times that I've used it no. And I ******** around on that thing like crazy.
But what you will want to do is drape a thin towel over the wood portion. Otherwise it will scratch up the area right above the door.

I need to get a new bike...but otherwise I know how not to hurt myself, and it always involves staying as close to the ground as possible xp

And if you want to do hanging leg lifts, fully extended. Well.
You'll have to start with your knees bent. That's only the really thing that bugs me.
It supposedly supports up to 300 lbs and my tubby brother like trying to do pullups on them.

All I have left to get is a tire, a sledgehammer, a weighted vest. And 2 more ab wheels so I can try them one armed.
