I Would use a cheese grater and grate off their skin, then put salt on the wound, soon followed by rubbing alcohol. Light a match and watch them go up into flames once all the nerves are burned off and they can't physically feel. I would shove hot peppers down their throat...after that I'd simply pat them on the back and say "Have a nice day."
I think that would be funnier then killing them.

I would stick another fairytale into Final Fantasy VII but this time Sephiroth wouldn't kill Aeris so he gains the power of the lifestream and becomes a god and kills Cloud, Tifa, and everyone else including another fairytale.

Lock into GLaDOs room, with a portal setup so I could escape. Disable the rocket turret before it could be activated. Then put the morality core into the insinuator. Then escape as she fills the room with a deadly nurotoxen, then cut off the escape portal. Then I'd try to escape Aperture Labs but might end up dying as well.

As you try to cut off the escape portal it shorts out and overloads. Then it turns into a larger portal sucking you onto a planet filled with dinosaurs where you are then eating by a T-Rex.
