I. Hate. My. Math. Teacher.

Today, I planned to finish my French project with my partner. We wanted to do it during lunch time. BUT our math teacher made us stay after the class, which was the lunch time to finish a little exam.
I did it and showed it to the teacher. She said, "NO! It's not like that we have to do! You have to do like I showed you!". I let out, "But miss. This way is easier and shorter to understand and write." "NO! NO! You HAVE to do like me ok?! You have to [blah blah blah]"
Her way to explain maths is a real puzzle! She's changing subjects all the time and yells/asks to the class why we never understand what she's saying...

So I stay during ALL the lunch time to finally do the right way the exam. At the end, no more time left to finish the French project!

On the subject of school, I've gotten a high enough matriculation score to get into the course I want to do at University. biggrin

@Moon - I know the feeling, our old maths teacher was like that.. everyone was using the cross method to factorise quadratics and he made us all use some silly 'exploding the middle term' thing which very few people understood and even less liked..

Just wait until you're in university math... they'll just look at your answer on the multiple-choice scantron sheet. You can spend 6 pages doing proofs or what not, but in the end (A), (B), (C), (D), or (E) ?
If it's not right, you don't get the mark: 60 questions worth 60% of your final mark... no fuss, no hassle, no arguing. xp

I'm getting sick of it. They don't even check the tags on all of the products they buy.

And then they complain and say 'they're destroying our market'.. Free trade only applies when they want it to, obviously..

Ever take a look at Korea? It's a sad case, I mean everything they produce is pretty much second-class to some other nation.
Cars & Technology: Japan beats em.
Mass production: China beats em.
Computers & Electronics: Taiwan beats em.
Natural Resources: Canada beats em.
Weapons Technology: Americans beat em.
Food: Japan beats em.
Entertainment: Japan beats em. (Anime anyone?)
