(sorry thought you did) Deo wlake up stares and sat on a mattress across form the vamp. He listend to the converstaion a bit and opened the book Karee gave hime hie mutters a few words to himself and contines reading.

Shadow wakes back up and blinks a few time seeing it has became much darker and it is raining. She stays outside, water running down her body.
