Co-ownership agreement for Julian Renaud:
Buffy has these rights:
Rp Rights
OOC rights
Breeding rights
Sig rights
and all other rights. xD
Death Resurrected has these rights:
Rp rights when it comes to RPing with me.
Some OOC rights [Long as Im not using him at the time]
Sig rights.
Breeding is as follows:
Buffy would get all breeding rights, to do with as she pleases. DB will get one basket out of one of the breedings. There is no say in which breeding, but she will get one out of one of the breedings.
Should DB ever stop being inactive/dissappear or quit the shop, all rights are reverted back to Buffy to do with as she pleases.
DB is NOT allowed to give her rights away to anyone but Buffy.
Buffy reserves the right to cancel the Co-ownership as she sees fit.

REVISED AGREEMENT
(A newer, better, and sexier agreement~ Slytherin, being the sexy beast he is <3333 )
Signature Rights: (The right of being able to shove him into your sig and display him to the world in your signature)
Eff Em
Xaki
Roleplaying Rights: (The right to roleplay him OOC-ly and in character)
Xaki
Breeding Rights: (The right refers to the making of babies otherwise known as breeding)
His designated partner will be chosen with both owner(s) input .
Both owner(s) are free to enter him within a breeding raffle as long as they notify/consent with each other.
Eff Em will be the first in line for sexy Slytherin spawn, and if there should be a 3rd basket, Xaki will be considered for it.
However, Xaki will be eligible for first pick for the second breeding if she is unable to obtain one from the first breeding.
Any further baskets, and how they are distributed after both Xaki and Eff Em receive Slytherin spawn will be decided by the other owner(s) and ourselves.
Conditions:
However, Xaki will be required to continue to roleplay him, and if inactive for 6+ months, Eff em has all rights to cancel or discard the worthless co-owner .
And it is both agreed upon that Slytherin's consent is not needed in any of the above. Slytherin: .. WHAT. D<<<<<<

Doodle p***s has the following rights:
• Sig Rights/Showoff Rights
• Say in who Lorelei breeds with.
• One basket from a breeding.**
Raze has the following rights:
• Sig/Teepee/Showoff rights.
• Breeding rights, but values Doodle's opinion in who Lorelei breeds with.
• Roleplaying Rights (OOC & IC)
• Baskets from two breedings.
Breeding Rights
• Raze is to receive a basket in the first breeding if there are two baskets. If there are three, and the other own agrees, Doodle will get the basket.
• In the second breeding, and Doodle did not get a basket from the first, she may receive one from a two-basket breeding**. If there are three, and the other owner agrees, it may end up in Raze's care.
• If there is a third breeding, a basket goes to Raze. If there is a third one, it will be discussed whether or not it will go to Doodle.
** If at the time Doodle has not been active in rp/thread/at all, than Raze has the right to keep a basket or (with permission from the other owner) give it to someone active. This is to ensure that any offspring of Lorelei will be roleplayed actively. If this occurs, than Doodle's right to a basket will be moved onto the next breeding.
Ownership
• If Doodle is inactive for 7+ months without notification, Raze can take her off the co-ownership. Doodle cannot boot Raze off of the co-ownership, however.
• Doodle, if she does not want to co-own Lorelei anymore, can offer suggestions for other co-owners.
• If Raze decides to leave Gaia or does not want to own Lorelei anymore, Doodle gets all rights to the mare.

 I, Meeki, am co-owning Darkfire with Moire Frost. The agreement is as follows: Moire Frost has roleplay rights and breeding rights for Darkfire. She can make any decisions regarding this pet on her own, all I ask is to be kept updated on it. While she maintains co-ownership, I will only have sig rights.
Moire Frost gets to keep the basket from the first and third breeding and I the second in the event that Darkfire ever breeds.

Kiza's Rights
• Kiza gets full rp rights, IC and OOC.
• Kiza gets sig/teepee rights.
• Kiza will get the first basket from Qadir's breeding.
• Full breeding rights of Qadir, but is required to update `raze on any of his relationships. He is NOT to be used as a breedwhore pet.
Raze's Rights
• Raze gets teepee/sig rights.
• Raze gets a basket from Qadir's second breeding.
• Raze has a say on who Qadir mates with.
Breeding Rights
• If there is a third breeding, Raze and Kiza will discuss the placement on the basket.
• If there is a third basket in Qadir's 1st breeding, and the other owner agrees, it will go to Raze.
• If there is a third basket in Qadir's 2nd breeding, and if the other owner agrees, Kiza will get the basket.
• If there is a third basket in Qadir's 3rd breeding, and if the owner agrees, whomever did not get a basket will receive it.
Ownership
• Neither `raze or kizamaji is elgible to take the other off without legit cause.
• If kizamaji does not want to co-own Qadir, full rights return to `raze.
• If `raze does not want to co-own Qadir, full-rights go to kizamaji.

Swift Heart is co-owned between Nothing Yet and I. Both of us have roleplay rights to start off with but in the event that a personality is actually formed for the pet, the roleplayer that created it would gain full roleplay rights. Both have OOC rp rights. Basket from breeding #1 will go to Meeki. Basket from breeding #2 will go to Nothing Yet. Basket from breeding #3 will be co-owned between the two of them unless discussed otherwise.
