Cobra_X iLadyShira-chan Cobra_X iLadyShira-chan Shira managed to give herself food poisoning... Please allow 48 to 72 hours for a reply. Sorry for the wait in advance... Also, if chicken smells a little weird, don't chalk it up to that bad leftovers in the back of your fridge. The chicken probably smells weird because it's spoiled... Nuuuuuuuuuuu!!!! How will I know Etsushi's response to what Shinji just did?!?!?!!?Was a false alarm. It was just the 24 hour stomach flu. Unfortunately, Shira gets this a couple of times a year suddenly and without warning. I feel a little bit better tho... Still, you should probably listen to my advice about the chicken... Cobra will listen to said Chicken advice. (He tends not to trust leftovers in the first place)
...plus now I get to see what Etsushi will do after Shinji's last post! YAY!I'm poor, so I live on leftovers and cheap food like ramen and pot pies....

Malfrost Rawr!! I return from the dead/inactivity! OH WHAT THE HELL!? YOU BETTER COME BACK TO THE MIST! @Shira: I hope you're feeling better! And pot pies are 64-cents here in N.C. so....sounds like you're on the fancy side of pot pies to me! Heck, I have one in my freezer right now. As for Ramen, you gotta mix it up. Make egg drop ramen, throw some meat in there every once in a while, or even search the ramen filled earth for the elusive flavors like pork, roasted chicken, roasted beef, spicy beef, etc. Or if there's a local asian food mart, go there for your ramen. Better quality, bigger bags, and more flavors! Yes, as a college student I do know just about everything there is to know about spicing up a ramen dinner lol.

So much better that I went out today and filled out applications all over town. And I've already got an interview on Monday. Wish me luck. Shira is a couple thousand in debt so she needs a job (or three...) As for ramen, I already do all that. I think I might be suffering from some vitamin deficiency since I haven't had red meat in several months... Or vegetables... Or fruit... sad Actually, there is one thing that my boyfriends parents created and passed onto me. It's a little pricey for me, but it's cheap for anybody else. They call it taco soup. It's 1lb of ground beef, a can of corn, red kidney beans, diced tomatoes, and Rotel tomatoes, along with a packet of taco seasoning, and a packet of Ranch dressing (the powder) original flavor and fiesta flavor. And a bag of tortilla chips. It's around 10-15 dollars and lasts several meals. It's delicious. I'm frigging addicted.

Ha! Taco soup. That stuff is great, coming from a family of hispanic ( I'm whiter than sour cream, so I'm avoiding the word mexican when refering to people. ) decent, I've had that since I was little. Have to say it is one of my more favorite ethnic dishes.
Have you ever had Tomales? ( My spanish spelling isn't very accurate... sweatdrop ) Now those are amazing, but don't put the grits back in unless you like crunchyness. ( I for one dislike grits' taste, so I hate it when people put them into the mix. You take them out for a reason, don't put them back in. >.< )

Lol, I have no ethnic diversity....
But my Fiance is German, and she cooks up some of the weirdest stuff sometimes.... I don't eat a lot of it, cause it's mostly pork dishes and I'm a vegetarian. She brings back a lot of stuff when she visit Germany over the summers, and i swear...there is this one stuff that's like...meat jelly. It's literally creamy, spreadable meat. She slaps that stuff on a piece of toast and is the happiest person on earth....I think it's downright nasty...although a lot of their noodle dishes are nice xd

Oh, if I claimed all the ethnicities that I know are in my family relativly close enough that I'd inherit enough to have atleast 1/16th of it in me, I'd have most of western and cental europe, as well as Mestizo. ( I use that term incorrectly, but it gets my point across, both of my parents have spanish as well as indian in them, so I can't really pick out the differences. )
Hmmm... Despite having German in my lineage, I've never had a german dish... I've always wanted to though. I'd try nearly everything except Saurkraut. I'm never ever trying that stuff... Can't get past the smell of it. >.<

I've tried it on multiple occasions, but I can never get past the overbearing flavor and give up. @Snuff: Spam? Creamed beef? Manwich?

Not to mention it makes your breath smell like death. And all those manwich things are gross, lol.

I've heard that, but I just can't get past the smell. worse than manure ( A smell I sadly have grown used to living in rural Oklahoma, with a field that has cows in it literally only a couple of blocks away. Yes, block as in town blocks, not plots of land. ) Hinote, while I've partially got your attention, is it possible to mod Skyrim on the 360?
