 Orochi couldn't help but chuckle "and I suppose you tell the lion to leave the gazel alone as well, or the shark to leave the fish alone. Whether or not the prey cares if the predator is hungry or not isn't the concern of the predator, but the prey would be smart to care since its their life on the line" He chuckled and tossed the bells to her "just some food for thought of course"

She looked at the bells and then looked up at him."Sadly I think that every one in this class is far too strong to be concitered pray.Melodie especially." she said knowing that that girl seemed verry strong."Well is class over then?" Kairi asked.

"I already understand the risks and was asked to be put off feeding duty for her" Patchouli replied she had already evaluated the danger, if there was anything to be learned from the guest in the basement, the risk was too high for it "Honestly not to sound harsh, but they should terminate her, but I guess no one has been able to do even that" Patchouli added

Orochi sighed "yes sadly that appears to be true" Until he could find someone that could undo the seal he wouldn't be able to prey on the other students here. At least not easily. "and no if you had been paying attention you'd know that we're only on break till the real mission starts" he said returning to his blank expression.Alabaster sighed and nodded "yes unfortunately its all we can do to keep her sealed up here, I guess the principal has been working on a solution. But finding someone powerful enough to destroy her seems more like a pipe dream than anything" He suddenly remembered what the principal had told him about the snake boy. "it couldn't be..." he mumbled to himself. It would explain why they didn't just kill him and even allowed him to walk the grounds unrestricted, but even the principal wouldn't do something so risky.

"Well I'm sorry for not paying atenchen." she glaired at him.he made her want to screem but she was able to calm herself down.she sighed and looked around the outdoors.she sudenly remembered that while fighting she hadent had to use her sord.she was glad about that that.

It would've seemed more likely if it explained all those incidents back home, with the bruises on her mother's arms and her father demanding she get out... A "monster" was what he'd called her, when he thought she couldn't hear. Still, Penelope was willing to accept any explanation at the moment. For some strange reason, she was exhausted, another thing Melodie's story couldn't explain.
She wasn't paying very close attention to Orochi's speech until he started talking about sharks and fish. She peered at him, and then glanced down at her tail, cringing back from his small form. Everyone seemed to treat him with such nonchalance, what about his comments about virgins tasting better than non-virgins?? That didn't seem very sneeze-worthy. Especially considering Penelope's own situation in that area.
She swallowed nervously, and for the first time in her life, actually wished she had her legs back so she could get far, far away from this kid. Strangely enough, she wasn't turning back, something that should've happened a good five minutes ago. That, however, she understood. She interrupted whatever conversations were going on, "Um...could someone help me get to the lake? Orochi sighed and shook his head "well at least your sorry for your ignorance, not much but a start" He rose to his feet and walked over to the mermaid "sure why not, I feel like stretching my legs" he said holding his hand out to her.Alabaster snapped out of his small trance of thought and nodded. "ofcourse, it was a pleasure to talk to you again Ms. Knowledge" he walked her to the door and held it open for her. "till we meet again I guess"

Orochi raised an eyebrow at the girl. She had the audacity to question his strength and it irked him. He let out a sigh and then lifted the mermaid over his head with one hand, showing no signs of strain or real effort. "satisfied?" he asked his tone still emotionless. He slowly lowered her into a piggy back position on his back and started heading towards the lake without another word.

Her body trembled a little as he lowered her and she murmured a thank you. She hadn't meant to sound accusing, it just felt strange especially since she was so much taller than the boy in both forms. She had to bend her tail backwards a little to avoid scraping it on the rocky ground.
"I'm sorry," she said quietly. She felt the urge to continue, "I feel like such an idiot compared to all of you. You have these incredible powers, skills, and talents, and I just pass out and turn into a bubble. What help am I to any of you? Why am I here at all?!" Realizing she had just blurted out her problem to someone who probably wouldn't care anyway, she was quite embarrassed, "I...never mind. Sorry." Orochi sighed when the girl started spilling her heart out. Normally he would take this kind of groveling as pathetic and merely shake it off, but for some reason he almost felt...sorry for her. It wasn't exactly a feeling he felt to often. She had a great power inside her, but she was left to feel useless, kinda how he felt now. "dammit......look you aren't worthless. and when you pass out you don't turn into a bubble...." he would have to choose his next words carefully. Although he had great pride in his strength and superiority to the others that didn't mean he was an idiot. He knew that the creature could probably kill him when he was still this weak so angering it would not do well for his cause. "when you passed out your eyes started glowing and body moved on its own. You wielded a powerful energy and continued to fight against the clone alongside everyone until you passed out again. I'm not sure what it was, but it was a truely great power inside you. I'm not surprised people would call you a monster for being so powerful, and the elemental lied to you because they are afraid of what you would do if you found a way to access that power at will" he told her. It was closer to the truth than what the elemental had told her, but there was still no indication that she turned into a scaley monster so he felt it was safe.

 Chris got up and looked by the lake and saw Penelope and Orochi. "Ugh i dont like meddling into people's conversations but what are they talking about?.." He wanted to go see but instead he just walked to Kairi. "So how did your stealth training go? Rei did a good job on our strength training." He said smiling.
