Hey orchid do you want to change weapon masters to the improved version we have in POTS where instead of the bonus being: (-2 posts to learn weapon styles, best weapon users)
it could be: (-2 posts to learn weapon styles, at jounin can use one-handed seals)
what do you think?

I have no problem with you submitting it once we open up the custom bloodline/clans section again, but for now I want some of the ones we have to get more members before we allow more customs

Ye i know >.< im just wanting a clan or bloodline that dosnt involve around mass chakra/ elements/ weapons/ pets/ eye bloodlines >.< there arnt really any bloodlines or clans that are outside of those options

With the Tattoo Clan id be happy >.< if not ill stick to my original plan of making a suna ninja with sand element and buggies of mass destruction...
