 At this point she just hoped they would leave him alone otherwise she knew she'd have a problem on her hands. Well... knowing Sheryl, she'd stop her from doing anything rash. They'd just have to take care of things earlier than expected. She sincerely hoped not since she'd rather not run the risk of someone seeing.
She shuddered, no she did not like that image at all. "No. It wouldn't." She let her hands fall to take his, the image chilling her further. It was another reminder of his mortality, her worries rising again as she could feel something about the memory nagging at her. "Do you wish to spar? I have not done so lately excluding the small fight we had yesterday." She asked, adjusting the subject to try to get her and his mind off of it.

 This was certainly a sudden change in topic that Seiji hadn't been expecting. It took a few moments for the words to sink in. When they finally did, he really didn't know how to reply. Sparring was a good way for him to release any Kei that he needed to be rid of. Though of course, he wasn't sure if he should take that offer. Was she being serious? A stupid question. Ranka was always serious. Seiji blinked a few times before he even tried to find an answer.
"Uhm..." He wasn't sure where he was going to go with this. "Are you sure?" he asked. It wasn't by any means out of disrespect. In fact, he assumed Ranka had a great deal of knowledge when it came to combat. He just didn't know how to react, being asked to spar with who was essentially his girlfriend. He'd never thought the moment would come up. If anything, his thoughts pictured them fighting side by side. "I mean, I guess. If you want." A sparring match would be okay. He could use more Kei as well. Seiji would just have to make sure not to underestimate Ranka. Still, he felt odd about the fact of it all.

 Vira shrugged lightly, a slight frown on her lips, glancing towards the dorm building. "I tend to stay off the beaten path so I'm not too surprised." She murmured, thinking back to all the times that Tristan had tried to get her to talk to more people. It just never happened. Though, it was happening now. She blinked, "A year? You should definitely go back to visit." Hmmm, maybe she and Tristan should visit the other runaways they had lived with in that old theater...
Ah yes... all the excitement yesterday. Her expression softened, her childish demeanor almost seeming to calm to that of a woman who had seen much. "Yeah... A lot did happen yesterday. Almost lost two friends. They are all I have here." She spoke softly, her eyes turning to the sky again, suddenly reverting back to her bubbly self. Giggling at the reason, she shrugged lightly as part of her answer. "It is kinda silly. But sometimes thats just how things work, eh?" She asked with a bright smile, completely different from that short moment before.

 Elly was definately not used to being complimented so much by anyone before so the sensation felt happy yet also embarassing. She put her hand on her face to hide its redness and she also said 'thank you, but it was slightly muffled by her knees that she brought up to her face. Adorable? That was the first time being called that by anyone and it made the blood in the face boil as well as the pounding of her heart race a little. It was truly a great thing to be called adorable by someone that you like, Elly just wasn't used to it yet and she never saw herself like that so how was she supposed to accept it? Ugh, liking someone was a lot of work! "Thank you, Tristan. It's very sweet of you to tell me that," she finally said, revealing her face and smiling at him, her arms still hugging her knees.

 Ah, so she was someone who liked avoiding the norms? Or maybe just avoiding the crowds, as she had kind of said earlier. Well, that was okay too. Hidden paths could be more fun than the ones people always trekked. The mention of visiting made Hyunn think of the family he had left behind. When he had mentioned the beach, he hadn't really thought to go back to his beach. Any beach would do. The atmospehere of the beach was what he enjoyed most. "Yeah, maybe." He hadn't exactly left on the best of terms. But she didn't need to know that. "Either way, we'll find a nice beach to go to. You'll have all kinds of fun."
The mention of yesterday seemed to tone Vira down. Hearing her speak of it made any questions of why disappear. A sobering moment no doubt. "Well, it's good that they're still with you. But I think a cutie like you needs some more friends. Don't you think?" Hyunn tried to lift the atmospehere just a little. Though it seemed unnecessary with how she started back into her bright mood. "Mmhm. But, with no classes today I might as well do something. I figure, I'm up already, so why not? Good thing too. I don't think I would have ran into you if I was still laying in bed."

Ranka lowered her gaze, perhaps she shouldn't have asked the question... "Only if you want to. I... " She was quiet a moment, trying to piece together logic amidst the mix of non-logic. She looked up to him, hesitance in her eyes, trying to get a read on what may be going through his head. So far she was coming up with nothing. She was used to fighting anyone and everyone. Even Sheryl at some points when they were younger. Was it wrong to ask to spar him? "Should I have not asked such a thing?" She asked him softly, her hands starting to slip from his, yet not fully letting go.
Her gaze lowered again, trying to figure out his logic since he didn't sound comfortable with it to her. Her brows furrowed and she bowed her head. They were in a relationship. They were special to each other. Was he afraid of hurting her? No. He knew that she was durable in a sense. Was it a threat? Possible. Challenging his skill level. No, would have shown more signs of competitiveness then. "You don't sound comfortable with it. It...It was a foolish question, forget about it." She felt herself blushing, glad to feel her hair falling in front of at least part of her face, hiding how silly she felt. Her hands slid from his, turning a bit so more of her wasn't visible, making a mental note never to ask such a thing again.

 Tristan hadn't expected such a reaction, managing to hold down a chuckle since it was just so damned cute. He recalled how she had complimented him the night before, reassuring himself that there were reasons why she liked him. Even before his change of body. God... that had been so stressful for him. Sitting up, he could see Cielo returning with his tail swinging happily, turning his gaze back down to her. "You are more than welcome. It's just the truth." With that he took hold of the disc, glad that it wasn't accompanied by a burning sensation and pain, adjusting how he held the disc. He threw it in what some would think of as a fancy manor, the exact name of the throw forgotten. It was related to frisbee though. Cielo went bounding after it, bringing a faint smile to his lips. Yeah.... this was a good day.

Hmmm, his response made her wonder if his home life was good or not. Or maybe something had been amiss when he left? She didn't want to pry, so didn't ask, instead content with the idea that she'd go to a beach. And even have someone to go with. Vira grinned, thinking of what tales the ocean water sprites must have. Though, it did make her think of something. "I'll need a swimsuit..." She mused, almost appearing rather serious as she thought about what kind she'd want. Aiya!! Too many cute styles and possibilities!
Again he called her a cutie. Was she really that adorable? Or attractive? She stuck out her tongue a bit with a giggle, "You sound like Tristan, my roommate. I've always been shy around people. Especially if there's more than one. I can't help it. And I've never been the best with people interactions..." She murmured, sighing with a light pout, straightening up as her hands clasped behind her back. She ignored how her scars ached, a reminder of how she failed at integrating into society before. At least here she wasn't alone with having abilities. Still... some things never changed, or were at least difficult to forget.
She laughed lightly, brushing some stray strands of her hair back from her face. "Exactly! I'm glad you did too. Otherwise..." She blinked, touching a finger to her lips in thought, a faint blush on her cheeks. "Erm... A-are we friends? Or I-I mean... u-um... You wouldn't mind... being my friend?" She asked, biting her lower lip as she sort of bowed her head, looking so very embarrassed and unsure. Idiot, you are such a dork! Ahhhhh, maybe I shouldn't have asked that!!

"No, it's not that at all. Well, maybe a little," Seiji admitted, still feeling a bit odd. "I just didn't expect you to ask it. It was so sudden." He could tell Ranka was feeling bad for asking. She really shouldn't need to. Seiji could feel her hands leaving his. His mind was racing now, trying to think up something quickly. It would probably feel a bit odd to be sparring with her, but he could get past that. It was mainly from surprise that his reaction was so odd. "You caught me off guard really. That's all." He felt bad now for not having a more sure answer. If she wanted to spar, he could find it in him to spar.
Seeing her posture droop, Seiji felt the need to cheer her up. Reaching for her hands as they came loose from his. "I wasn't prepared for the question." Seiji started, trying to explain now. "The only real sparring partner I've ever had was my teacher. So, I go through these motions by myself to keep my mind sharp. I guess...I never really expected anyone to ask to spar. So it came as a bit of a shock." It was as good as he was going to do with his mind looking for something to tell her. Maybe having someone to spar with would be good for him. He'd clearly adopted his own fighting style with his agile and quick movements. Brahn had been a big man, full of strength. Ranka was much smaller than his master had been. Sparring with her could help keep his mind sharp. "If you like, we can spar. I don't mind." Seiji said, slowly becoming more used to the thought.

Elly smiled back when he told her it was the truth. She knew he wouldn't have said it just to say it, he must have really meant it then. She watched as Cielo went after the disc and then came back, herself taking the disk and throwing it again, wondering how he could just go like that. Then again, she knew that it was easy enough for the wolf to do that, considering they were long distance runners and could probably go on for days. "So how are your powers festering today? Did you find out what they are yet or are you still not sure?" she asked, changing the subject a bit and also because it came to her and she thought it polite to ask either way. She was also very curious as to what he could do. Teaching people was something Elly liked to witness and do so if she could help in any way shape or form, she was up to it.

"Oh I agree." Hyunn nodded. "What's the beach without a swimsuit?" She'd fill out any suit nicely. A nice revealing bikini would be good. Hyunn's hormones stirring slightly at the thought. It was almost like she was pushing herself in the same direction as his thoughts. His eyes felt fine, and with how intrigued with them she had been earlier, he was assuming his hypnotism was still currently not being used. Maybe it was just coincidence so far. Lucky coincidence for him.
A roommate. That could have worried a lesser man, but Hyunn was as confident as ever. Other men didn't have the advantage he had. "That right? Well, that could change. you just need to spend some more time around people. Take it one step at a time. After all, a beach is probably going to be full of other people wanting to enjoy the sun and scene." It would be no good if she suddenly caught a case of stage fright and decided against going to the beach. Most people on the beach minded their own business anyway, but if Vira was walking around in a swimsuit, she would certainly catch some eyes. Whether he was with her or not. That was simply how beach life worked.
"Haha, what a silly question." Hyunn laughed at how flustered she seemed to get. It was cute. "I don't see why not. We're getting along so far right? I don't think I would mind being your friend at all. If it means seeing you more often then I definitely think so." She seemed to like being flattered, then again what girl didn't? Hyunn flashed her his smile, winking once more.

Ranka started to look up but paused, her eyes at least turning in his direction. She had realized it had been a sudden question. Her mind had simply leaped to the first thing it changed to when it was looking for a way to change subjects. She started to turn more to face him, at least not bowing her head anymore. "Forgive me, it was sudden." She said softly, her gaze lowering.
Her hands slid back into his, now facing him once more. Raising her gaze, she tilted her head in the slightest. "I was trained to be ready to fight anyone. I've even fought against Sheryl sometimes. So I am accustomed to sparring everyone at some point." She explained to him, hoping that would help a bit. Her eyes seemed to search his face for a moment, satisfied with what she saw. "I am curious to spar against your way of fighting." She gave his hands a soft squeeze, his agility something she was interested in testing against her own.

Tristan chuckled at how happy Cielo seemed to be with the exercise he was getting, throwing the disc as he came back again. At her question he paused, glancing down to his hand. He felt a slight tingling in his skin, looking up to the sky. Shaking it off, he turned his eyes to her, shrugging lightly. "Well, I've confirmed I can at least control shadows, so possibly darkness. Feels like there may be something else too. Might storm tomorrow. Not sure." He commented amidst his answer, remembering how that one light had shorted out. Hmm.... "I'm thinking it might be control over electricity and such."

Elly thought for a moment, trying to sense his darkness powers, if any. Sure enough there was a trace of them, but how to make it more than that was a mystery. "Mmm... yeah I can sense darkness in you, and its not just the kind that everyone has in them either, but the kind that you get as an ability. I wonder if this will help unleash control over it a bit..." she told him and thought a loud, examining him so to speak. She then turned her body towards him and surprised kissed him on the lips, her kiss still locking with his. She actually did this unconsciously, as in without thinking before she did it and it was purely for her to see if that was what triggered his abilities.

Vira giggled, only able to guess what he might be thinking. Pervert. According to Tristan, that was normal for guys. Some more than others. Perhaps he was- Her thoughts were cut short as the water sprite leaped forward, a small thread of water formed from the water in the air, starting to move to slap him across the cheek but she interfered, redirecting it. The slap hit her neck, making her wince, the two sprites vanishing from her sight. Rubbing the spot, it was nice and red, twisting the thread of water between the fingers easily.
Looking up to him, she pursed her lips in thought, turning the thread of water into a small cherry blossom in the palm of her hand. It was a habit of hers. "You think so?" She murmured, pondering that for a moment. Of course... the scene... She knew the multiple levels of that when it came to the beach. She had heard enough tales from the sprites. "Right." She nodded, appearing almost determined, planning on trying to meet more people.
His laughter at how flustered she was only made her blush grow darker, though her embarrassment and whatnot began to lessen when he said yes. Or what seemed to be a yes to her. Ack, flattery... Almost as if on cue she blushed again, but a smile was spreading on her features once more. It was silly and childish, but she didn't care. "Yay! Tristan will be happy to hear I have a new friend." She grinned, giggling as she clapped her hands together while jumping again. She spun on one foot, the burst of excitement gone or at least depleted for the moment. That was likely to change by the minute.
