I've noticed that the clan heads for Aburame and Uchiha are in Akatsuki. isn't that kinda weird? it seems like if a clan member went rogue, the clan would replace them as head wouldn't they?

woah, woah, woah, I can't be a chunnin until 'next' year??? but...but...I'll be 'epic' by then. Can i even learn jounin jutsu as a genin? (i've got medium chakra) and can I go on A & S ranked missions? (I'll consent to having a jounin chaperone, but still, I want to go on. What if I'm a much better fighter than these current chunnin? (and their's a good chance I am) I still have to go on pretending they could beat me? Oh, And if you want, I'll work out an Aburame draining system. It would have to go on a move by move basis, as well as depend on how many bugs manage to get on the person and how long they were on. (like a post by post basis) or something.

I don't see mention anywhere of how often the exams are, but I think it's at the crew's discretion. I honestly can't imagine them waiting a full year in between when we have so many new genin every day.

yeah dude, i think a lot of people would quit if they found out they joined in the middle of the chunnin exams and had to wait A whole year before they can become any stronger than they are now. Especially the biju. They don't get control of their powers until chunnin. You know what, I might just go on a rampage and start assassinating other villages' chunnin until someone ranks me up. My class is assassin. I've got draining chakra bugs with increased power and the ability to preform my jutsu before people even notice they've started (assassins ftw), I could take people 'out' if i wanted to. ninja

i suppose you could try going on a rampage anytime, and the rules would allow it. however, you can only learn up to 5jutsu of higher rank than you, and no offense but your not as good as you think you are. If you did somehow pose a threat to all of the village chunnin, they would probably murder you with a jounin...
i seriously doubt however the mods are that mean, i think in that time i would eventually quit myself.
wait how can you be ranked without chunin exams? other than a basic auto-rank?

Isn't Jounin usually spelled with a "u"? Besides, this is a romanization of Japanese. There's multiple ways to spell one word.

There isn't a u in it. ;p I have the naruto tcg cards, and on them it says Jonin so I looked it up. ;p

since noones come up with anything for aburame stuff heres my proposal...
do Aburame jutsus cost chakra?
no
how much chakra can they drain per turn
stuff like that.
Mushi-dama
for this, maybe whatever the cost for a jutsu of the rank of the ninja using it. (for instance, if the aburame is using mushi dama at chunnin level against a jounin, it will cost them 5 chakra per turn)
and cover the costs for having the bugs active that turn. This way, the chakra drain will still stack up somewhat fast, and it is affected by the level of both the target and user. (5 chakra to a jounin isn't near as vital as 5 chakra to a genin would be.)
and no just planting the bugs to drain chakra unless it is a jutsu? that way you cant just place a few bugs (which are considered almost untraceable) and start draining their chakra without them being able to do anything at all about it. This is a little against the anime, but it might make the rp work better.
once when we expand the list of jutsu a little bit, the aburame can probably get a little more out of this.
(if you think this would be better placed in the custom jutsu forum i will do that, but im not entirely sure it would fit...)
and my personal character question:
i wanted to change 2-man team to speed ninja. I haven't really used 2-man team at all yet.
