Kyoshi shivered by the light kiss. Damn she had this strong effect on him that he couldn't seem to break free from. Shaking his head at her comment he looked at her. "I will hurt you. I don't want that for you." He was being torn apart from the inside out. A vision of his past came to him and he pushed Dusk away. He grabbed his head and kneeled down in pain. It was coming at him in full and it was unbearable. This was the wrong moment for it to even think about coming. 'Damnit!' He closed his eyes tightly at the pain, trying to make it go away.

Eyes widening, Dusk knelt down by him, not really knowing what to do. "Kyoshi?!" She rubbed his back, and tried to snap him out of whatever was going on. "Damn...Kyoshi..." Worry was in her eyes and Dusk tried to comfort him, but didn't really know how.

'No. No. No! NO!' He thought aggressively. This was why he didn't want to hurt Dusk. This was why she deserved much better than this broken man with a troubling past that never seems to leave him. "Don't...Stay....Back....You...Get....Hurt." He gritted out, his voice hoarse. He needed to get away before anything bad happened. This wasn't how he wanted it to be. "Dusk...Please...Go...Get out!" He moved away from her again.

Dusk was about to say something, yet again, but she saw the look on his face. "Fine..." Looking down, she held back tears. "When you can finally face it, I'll be at the bar." And she was gone.

Kyoshi reached to her but didn't say a word. She left him. He pushed her away and she left. He had finally gotten what he asked for and now he regretted it. 'She's gone.' His anger took on a whole new meaning. Another wave of his nightmare trying to break out hit him harder than the first. He hit the cabinet and broke it. The shape wood cutting into his skin. The pain helped take his mind away but it wasn't enough. He growled at the pain and convulsed on the ground letting the nightmare get him. He layed there paralyzed.

Dusk was at the bar, knowing that this was the only place where she wouldn't get violent. Sinking back into her normal seat, she grabbed a piece of paper and began writing.
I don't want to leave, and I didn't want to right then. As I said, if you are going to face this, I'm at the bar. You need to face your past, Kyoshi. Just like I need to face mine.
I'm waiting.
She sighed and kissed the piece of paper, using her shadows to send it to Kyoshi.

He felt numb all over. Though it hurt everywhere. He couldn't move or anything. Another wave hit him. This was ridiculous. Maybe it was best if he was put out of his misery. 'I can't...it hurts...damn pain....must...' Kyoshi was in really bad shape.

As the paper traveled to Kyoshi, Dusk sat in the chair, her feet on the bar, and some music softly playing around her.
The paper came out of the shadows and practically slapped Kyoshi in the face. It landed in front of him, the words in perfect view.

He willed his eyes to open and read the paper that hit his face. He sighed. 'If only I can...I would come to you.' He convulsed again, arching up in pain and moving to his side. "Damnit!!!!!!" This had to stop but how did one forgive and forget the suffering he went through in his childhood?

Ziggy walked into the bar. "You shouldn't let him bug you. He's in pain."
"You've been spying on me again?"
"It's my job, Dusk." He walked next to her but didn't sit down. "Go to him."
She shook her head. "I don't know how to help him." He shrugged at her. "Do what you do. Sit with him." "He told me to leave." "And you actually listened?" "I didn't want to. This isn't the first time." "I know." She sighed. "Then what do I do?"
"Go to him."

Kyoshi dragged himself from the kitchen into the bathroom. It was hard when his body was paralyzed and refused to listen but he tried. It was better than staying there. He reached the tub and opened the water knob. He picked himself up falling into the cold water. His skin felt better in the cool water but he was still paralyzed. He growled deeply and aggressively for this stupid thing let it rule him. He didn't have any more strenght to fight it because it was not possiable to really fight what isn't real yet he had the scars to prove that they existed.

"But..."
"Now!"
Dusk sighed and looked behind her. "Lock up for me?"
Ziggy nodded. "Go back to him." She nodded, and shadows enveloped her and she was back in the apartment. "Kyoshi?" She heard the splashing and knocked on the open door, not looking in. "You gonna be ok?"

His eyes snapped open. Did he really hear Dusk voice? It was all in his head. He couldn't believe that it was her. He yelled at her to leave. She wouldn't come back. No way would anyone come back. Neither would he. He didn't want her to see him like this again. "Go...away." He gritted out. "Go...AWAY!" Damn he felt so weak. 'I'm sorry Dusk. I'm sorry elf girl.'

Dusk glared. "No. I'm not going away. When you're done, you can talk to me. Other than that..." She began walking to the kitchen. "Don't drown. I don't wanna have to go in there and save you." She wasn't mad, just hurt, but Ziggy said that she was needed here, and Dusk was starting to see why.

Kyoshi gave up on pushing. He was so tired he felt like he could go into a coma and sleep forever. He forced his arms to shut the water off. 'I'm going to be here for awhile.' He thought sadly. He was so damn stubborn. He never listened. He was just stupid. "I'm...sorry Dusk...I hurt you."
