As for an introduction I don't really know what to write.

I'm a 22 year old college student majoring in Social and Behavioral Science with a concentration in Anthropology. I draw just for fun and to keep it alive [since it's a use it or loose it skill lol].

Hiyeeee!! I'm Great_Aku_Ha! Just call me Aku for short lol one person called me Great and it was weird. I've been on Gaia since 2007 and have RPed on here for that long. Ihave opened a few art shops that have failed. My most successful is my current one, Scrimshaw'd. Yes, i totally just plugged myself. Right now I have about 14 orders waiting. I don't have a limit yet, though I will soon. Outside of Gaia I am Voiceover Artist, which is my main career. You've probably heard my voice before. My second career is as a deckhand at Catalina Classic Cruises. It's not for money, but becaue I love the boats and my Dad used to work on them as a captain. People usually think it's weird for someone like me who voices for things like Disney to also work on boats. =( I LOVE both of my jobs! my choice >.> I can command several artstyles! One of which is a Masashi Kishimoto style, so i draw a LOT of Naruto RPCs and OCs. I mainly do B&W but I've just started with color via Copic Markers. Hi everybody! call radio. i'm 18 years old and currently attending a private art school.
i'm majoring in illustration and i hope to become a concept artist for video games.
the video games i'm into right now are : shin megami tensei series, persona series,
left 4 dead series, metro 2033, dead space series, and a whole bunch more.
i'm heavily inspired by anime style, but i do also have an interest in semi-realism.
i absolutely LOVE gore and grotesque monsters.
i think the innards of humans and other animals are beautiful to draw.
i love to pair the innocent and grotesque to make an interesting combination.
i also like to draw very unusual topics, such as cannibalism, autocannibalism,
amputation, necrophilia, and other violent or disturbing acts.
i'm also very much interested in the punk subculture.

I'm 20 and majoring in sociology. I've been kind of undecided with what I want to do for a living, but for the last few years I've been interested in law and hoping to make a career out of that in the future. I'm a bit reserved, but I think I'm a friendly person~
I really love the PS3! I've lately been a huge fan of the Assassin's Creed series, and I'm currently midway through Brotherhood XD;; I'm also a huge fan of Hetalia and Kuroshitsuji heart
I appreciate a lot of styles when it comes to drawing, but I think I favor anime styles with realistic influences. Drawing is a very gratifying hobby for me that gives me an outlet for stresses as well as acting as a means of entertainment :3

My name is Estelle and I'm 14 years old. I love to draw and have a little shop going. I mostly run my shop when it's weekend because I'm quite busy with school. I love animals, have two cats and want to be an animal doctor when I get older. I like to watch anime my friend suggest me like Kaichou-wa Maid Sama and Ouran High School Host Club, I need to watch Korushitsuji one day when I have time wink
I don't know what to say more.. Anyways, talk to me somewhere I will probably be surfing around this guild <3

call me phoenix. mmmm, i'm 18 yrs old and a graphic designer. though i'm not a painter/drawer, i am an avid art collector.
lets see what else. i love love watching korean dramas and listening to kpop. i also like to read and write fanfiction.

You can just call me Yuuki, or Yuyu. I'm currently 16. I love drawing, since it's one of the very few things I'm good at and it helps me relax and vent feelings out if I need to. :P
Since my scanner is now deciding to be mean to me, I'm trying out digital art (which I'm still trying to get better at) instead. I own an art shop called Rosehip. Hopefully this one won't die. :B Hurrr.
Manga/anime heavily inspires me and is the usual style I draw in. Matsuri Hino is one of my favorite artists, as well as the CLAMP circle and Kyousuke Motomi. (Author of 'Dengeki Daisy.') I love making friends and I've been described by others as being nice, so I guess I'm approachable? 8D
I think that's all for now, I can't think of anything else. xD
oh wait
I like turtles.

Hi everyone!!
I'm not really good with introducing myself so here it goes!!
My name is Schen (well that is my nickname) but you can call me Lyle if you want co'z its my avatar's name. I'm 23 years old and I have been on gaia since 2007. But I got really active in gaia starting from 2009 till last year and have been laying low for now, but I'm still trying my best to be active.
I'm a nurse in real life, though I'm unemployed as of yet its hard to look for openings in the field right now. So I'm stuck at home doing chores and the lot. I am married, no kids lolz I'm still young and unemployed for that.
I started drawing after I watched my very first anime which is sailormoon when I was 5 or 6 years of age. Since then on I have been drawing anime but mostly anime girls. I am weak when it comes to male characters coz they always ended up looking a bit girly.
I was part of a joint artshop here in on gaia until now but I'm on hiatus ATM. Though I take special requests from friends, from time to time. I love playing video games and also online games. My hubby just got me addicted to WOW recently. I mainly draw girls in a pin up pose. I work slow coz am lazeh but I love to put every little detail in a drawing, but the process is sloooow... I am also busy with real life as everyone else is 3nodding Hmmm... can't think of anything anymore.. you can ask me anything you want guys don't be shy 4laugh

Uhh lets see, what do you need to know..Umm, well I'm 33 (34 in April), I live in Scotland (I'm British) with my fiance and a tortie cat called Marmite.
Currently unemployed, but keeping myself busy with art commissions, WoW & gaia.
I started drawing when I was about 7-8, and haven't really stopped since. My medium is traditional, pencils mostly but I just got a small set of acrylics and have done my first practice piece with those.
I have a dream of seeing my art out in the public eye, and would love to design a line of greetings cards or something XD

@Lyle: Welcome to the guild : D its great having you with us!, Its weird because I always believed people were stating that there weren't enough nurses and doctors in the field... but I have a few friends that are in the domain and are in the exact same position as you, they can't get a job... and I know for a fact that my friends are very intelligent, its more theres no job openings... so that really sucks : ( I hope you find something soon! Also feel free to post your awesome art work any time : D I'm sure everyone here would love to see it!!!
@Sayuri: Hello and welcome to the guild : D!!!! its great having you with us!!! what kind of field of work are you in? you mentioned making greeting cards or something like that, : D have you ever tried applying for a job as an artist for a card company before? I'm sure you'd be really good at it!

Hellooo! I'm Yena, you can call me whatever you please. I go by maahs and Yeyo around the interwebs. I've been drawing "seriously" for about 4.5 years. I can't believe its been so long!
I do enjoy illustrating for fun, but I also paint from life and sketch (though I've been kinda slacking off). My style changes a lot, which is kinda annoying. But I can never decide what my favorite style is! They are all so pretty.
I'd like to have a career in the art field if possible, but I know its super hard. Plus there are so many options, its hard to choose what to go into!
Something I'd like to do more of is portrait studies and oil paintings, since I haven't done many in a while. Drawing cutesy anime girls is so addicting, its distracting me from other art hahaha.
Sooo, yeah! I hope we can all be friends and such.
gonna go lurk around now :B

Hi everyone - here's one of your newest members of the guild. Recieved an invite to this guild just recently and I quite flattered.
So, to introduce myself, hmm
I'm a busy 19 year old, im from Australia, and drawing is one of my main hobbies I have.
I dont usually put my art up on the Internet, (I only just reopened my deviantart account a couple of days ago) but im happy about the positive feedback ive had from people on Gaia smile
I only just returned to Gaia this week after a 2 year drought, but I'm usually busy during the day, either working or exercising, so I may be slow in replies to messages etc.
Thanks again for the invite, I really appreciate it! XD
