"Maybe I should just have fun with this...hm." Fayn sighed lightly as she picked one of the powder bombs with a curious expression. Anyone who got hit by one of these would sure be pissed off.. "Alright..lead the way, then?" The guardian said, returning the powder bomb to the sack.

Bridget lead the way to the large tree. It had a very low hanging branch that made it super easy to climb. Though the girl was in a skirt and carrying a sack, she managed to nimble climb the tree to a hidden view point, where she could see the path infront of her and the leaves obscured her from view. She left Fayn to sit below her, more exposed to the view of those returning.

((Alright, Rai seems prepared, so we're gonna bring Teams 2 and 3 home now. Team 4 we'll call it a night for them, and pick up in the morning if you want, or we can start traveling them home. Need more input from Team 1's members, gotta get that wrapped up.))
Team 2, Train, Enyo, and Tyrone were within a few miles of home and on the main road at this point when they came across Team 3, who seemed to have gained a few members. "New recruits?" Tyrone asked to Matt sceptically. "Nah, they just needed a change of scenery. Figured I'd help get them set up here." Matt replied. "Sounds like you, you always were a softie under that armor." "I'd rather that than grow stone-cold without it." Matt said, his typical grin spreading across his face. "So, how'd the mission go?" He asked. The continued making conversation on their way over the last couple miles before passing through the gates of the Corps. They returned their horses and began heading for the cafeteria, which just happened to lead directly past a large shade tree.

Enyo eyed Matt as the two teams gathered together on the road. Enyo said nothing. She found it more difficult to speak with more people around and found to also more difficult to trust and talk to someone not in her team which she originally wasn't comfortable talking in the first place to.
Enyo quickly settled in her horse and then sought out Tyrone. She handed him the bag of payment from the mission. "You can sort it out later." Was all she said and wandered off, probably to the library.

((Azure, and everybody else, try to keep the font color as default black while within the Corps. Headquarters. We've got designated team colors in order to keep things organized and simpler. If everybody goes switching to every other color as soon as they get home it's just going to get confusing...))

Mathias frowned for a moment, watching Emma as she rode forth, rapiers flashing. He wasn't sure what she was trying to accomplish, but he wished her luck. In the meantime he decided not to wait on Emma's attack and hope for the best. He turned to Tia and grinned, calling her name,"Tia! Think you can give me a boost?" he motioned toward her legs,"I have an idea, if you launch me towards the snake, I could act like a living javelin. The combined weight of myself and my armor with my sword should give me enough force to stab through it...what do you think?"

Fayn glanced at the teams returning through on the road. "Bridget, whatever you're planning..do it fast. They're already there." The guardian hissed upwards at the teenager. She cast another look at the tired and battle-weary teams. Pelting them with color powder bombs was not going to garner any favor with the teams..that was for sure..

She smiled evilly as the teams came into view. Apparently, two teams had met on their way back. “More targets,” she thought happily. There were six people, but as soon as she saw her uncle, Bridget knew she had to peg him in the face with the ‘bomb’.
Bridget was concentrating on the teams when Fayn’s stupid voice startled her.
“I know. Shut up. I call Uncle Ty-the guy with the dreadlocks,” she clarified before the idiotic girl could ask. She held onto her other bombs in a sack with her left hand, and aimed with her right.
”Not yet….not yet…NOW!” she whispered to the redhead. Bridget let her bomb flew at her uncle, before gripping another and aiming it at Matt, missing.

Fayn sighed as she sent a powder bomb hurtling at the team, half-hoping it wouldn't hit anyone. "Pfft..I doubt they'll be pleased by this welcome.." The guardian released a blue powder bomb, wincing slightly as she heard a resounding splat on someone's armor.

"Heehee, sure!" Tia replied, positioning herself and then Mathias surprisingly was able to stand on Tia's lifted up leg as she had it up. She then pulled back her leg and kicked forward with all her strength and a weak high pitched battle cry, sending Mathias flying towards snake at a great velocity. "Easier than trying to aim rocks." Tia said as she spun around from her own attack, making her dizzy again. "And lighter too..." She mumbled.
(( Sorry, I just though I'd speed it up by putting Mathias there. xD ))

(Nevermind, I got it.)
Emma grinned again as she rode Mendoza, seeing clearly that her rapier hadn't missed. The snake flailed a little when the rapier impaled it, sinking in about a foot and half behind the head. Emma didn't manage to his a very vital spot, but the snake would have many difficulties breathing now. "Halt!" Emma barked to Mendoza, making sure that her second rapier was in her right hand. Mendoza stopped as Emma kicked off, launching herself again. Except this time, rather than serving as a distraction, Emma was ready to kill this fiend. She wasn't too surprised to find Mathias close behind. This altered her plan somewhat.
Upon reaching the fiend, who was finally calming down from the sudden rapier attack. Emma roared as she sank in the other rapier, inches above the first and this time directly below the fiend's jaw this time. Emma pulled on her rapier to send herself towards it's mouth, smiling all the way. She bear hugged it then, wrenching it's head down to expose the top. Her armor also started to grow considerably colder. "Stab it in the head please! Guardian ready!" Emma hollered.
Train was smiling a little bit as the teams grew closer to home, he was actually smiling. He could see the two ambushers plain as day. Their auras were difficult to miss, being so far away from the headquarters and purposely hiding on the other side of trees. However, Train saw their was no malice, and figured it would be a prank. Why else would they be out there. Because of this, he had started to fall back little by little. He didn't want to be too close to his other companions. Tiny Trains were bwahaing in his Train's head.
Isaac winced a few times Marilyn was taking care of his hands. After wards, Isaac just waved at hand at William, uttering something like "Screw it..." and went to bed. He was tired, and really not hungry. He couldn't stop thinking about the wondrous thing his halberd was going to be in the morning. He just knew it was going to be disgusting. As he was dozing off Isaac sat back up and loaded his pistol. It was supposed to be ready at all times. And since he only had one shot every so often, he loaded it whenever he got the chance.
(Won't be on again until Monday.)

((Well, Raolain does not have internet access right now, so to speed things along I'm just gonna take over for him.))
Gene watched from the corner of his eye what Mathias and Tia were doing. He quickly fired off his next shot before the young Hunter was in his firing path. The bolt collided with the fiends face, just under its eye. It was thrashing around pretty good now, enraged and in pain with Emma's rapiers buried into it's flesh, and her weighting it down, though she did not seem to be doing a very good job of it. He watched as Tia flung Mathias like a human projectile and as the young Hunter collided with the beast. The boy's sword sank in right up to the hilt and the impact threw the reared serpent to the ground, with both Hunters still on it. Meanwhile Doreta, Powel, and Herman were using this quality distraction time to barrage the serpents lower body with a multitude of sword and hatchet strikes, wearing their way through the thick scales and to the soft flesh underneath. Gene set aside his crossbow and removed from a compartment within its casing a sheaf of parchment and a brush, which had been, until he removed, effectively the stopper for it's own ink vial. He quickly, but precisely, drew a sealing rune on the parchment. He took an arrow from his quiver and rolled the parchment around it. He took up his bow, not the crossbow, and took aim. As he watched the serpent succumbed to its injuries and collapsed. He waited until the spirit of it began to emerge, attempting to pull itself free of it's earthly bonds, to tear itself away from it's confining corpse. He reoriented his aim and loosed. The arrow flew true and impacted the spirit serpent directly between the eyes. It let out a hollow sounding, groaning, hiss-roar as it's phantasmal body was sucked into the sealing rune, like water down a drain. When it was finished the arrow fell to the ground and all was still. Finally...
Tyrone realized what was going only a moment before he would have been hit. He quickly shifted his feet, twisted at the hips, and dropped his sword down over his back. The bomb collided with the flat of his sword and he dove into a roll, coming up in a crouch behind Matt. Matt, on the other hand, didn't realize anything and after hearing a splat and feeling a dull thud of impact, looked down to see a bluish splotch splattered all over his breastplate. "Oooooh..." He breathed out. "Someone is gonna pay for this...." Matt quickly judged the path of the projectile and slowly looked up and glared into the tree where he saw two girls. He held up one hand, and three fingers on that hand. He slowly began lowering one finger at a time, indicating that they had three seconds to flee before disciplinary actions were taken.
William awoke early the next morning. He always slept soundly, even while on mission, simply because he knew that Kiro would keep watch in the night and deal with any threat that presented itself, or wake him if absolutely necessary. He swung his feet out from his cot and rose to his feet. He quickly strapped on the weapons that he had removed before turning in for the night. He then walked to the rooms only door, out into the hallway, and across to the door to Arethas room. He knocked lightly on the door. "Aretha? Are you up? How are you feeling?"

Trapped. Monster. Just wanted to save you. Not me. Different. Not rage. Only me. Monster.
Aretha?
Aretha? Aretha. Me. Not Monster. Not blood.
Aretha awoke violently to William's voice and knock. Air rushed into her lungs in a audible gasp, then turned into a sharp groan as she sat up too fast. Aretha's body was covered in a thin layer of cold sweat, meaning her fever had broken the night before, but her wound obviously would not heal that fast. She was not wearing her cape, as the healer had not redressed her in it.
"Come in," she gasp. In her pain, she didn’t realize that her face, and namely her scars, were exposed.
((I realized no one ever responded to Stoic’s request that we all get closer and introduce ourselves…I think.))
Bridget’s smirk disappeared when both of her bombs missed their targets. Matt raised his hand to signal that they should stop, but Bridget wouldn’t give up yet.
“Keep firing,” she ordered Fayn, launching two more bombs at the squads, one red and the other green.

"I hope you take responsiblity for this if we get caught..I do still want to be a Guardian.." Fayn sighed as she sent a red powder bomb hurtling towards the guy who had his arm raised. There was another dull thud, but she couldn't be sure what the red bomb had hit.

"Did we get it?!" Tia asked excitedly. She was still a bit dizzy from her launching of Mathias but she seemed to be feeling a bit better now.
Kiro saw that William was finally up. He seemed like he had somewhere to be and Kiro didn't get up to follow him, he was just too lazy to get up after sitting in such a comfortable spot against a wall all night.
