"Would an MD in Chem be a clue of how to use it...? But it wouldnt have a critical mass... Its a V-class neurotoxin, not a fissile material. All we need is aluminum and iron oxide and a magnesium strip. Voosh, ignition, incineration, no more gas.

That could work, on the other hand... burning it could release other harmful chemicals that could still prevent the use of the room.

"Well the United States and Former-USSR governments have been hydrolizing it and incinerating it for awhile. No massive explosion or harm. A slightl spill of a few hundred gallons but no harm done. But sure, put it in a biohazard cask and monitor for anything bad"

((I pictured it like a door-in-grassy-knol sorta thing. I always had thought the Training Ground be like all dirt with a purgatory of grass and blue sky around it.
But if I were to ever have some uber militant government, I'd base it in Antarctica. Few/no military satalites to observe, hard to attack, good foothold))
"Plannin on it" Takashi went off to find a scrap of aluminum, rust particles, and some magnesium, maybe even some Nitrogen...

Takashi Ookami "Yea we need a temp. R&D director or somethin until the ell-tee comes back... But Major is right. Isnt biodegradeable or does it have a half life. Some forms are also slightly acidic an exremely low pH. But its easily made into something rather harmless through... hydrolysis I believe it is called. Or incineration with Thermite Plasma." "Something upon those lines. We still need to run it through the old machines to find a counter-agent."
