The Keeper was aware of all being but he could only be in one place at a time.Stopping time he left Alex mobile. "Alexis Lynn Skyler you have been chosen to become a Guardian. Chosen for a task that all aren't ready for or able to carry. This task takes will and great skill. You are ready. I am The Keeper of Time and Space. "The Keeper had said as he appeared in a black suit.Your going ask me why haven't I fix this whack job of a Earth. Where are the heroes, why is this all happening. I can't fix Earth or anything in the universe. This is why I have chosen you and few others to do this. I can't tell you where the heroes have gone or I'll be playing with what guardians like Blaze Rider or as you know Flashstep are trying to protect. I did do that to him if you are wondering. He must go through this if this planet hopes to live. Would I do that to any other Guardian? No. I will offer this to you. Forcing you to do it would be a downfall. Now do you accept? The Keeper asked after answering all her possible questions.

Alex just stared at the other...being. Alright, so now the good crazy was starting to turn a little weird.
"....sorry? You're the second guy who's come to me saying I'm gonna have to do something all big and heroic. Do you have anything to do with that guy? And what the hell makes you all think I can do anything about what's going on with this planet? Biggest thing I've ever dealt with are super-powered body guards. I don't do all this cosmic craziness."

Vivienne stared at the man who had emerged form the bright glow
"Wooah, what just happened!"
He was this kid and now....he was kinda cute. She grinned.
"Oh, Im pretty sure I can keep up, it's the stopping that gives me trouble,"

Flashstep could still move and answered the girl question.
"He's trying say your *ahem* You may not think that but you are. We guardians are different. we are all chosen for different reasons. I don't know why but it's for something I can't know yet. I'm surprised he even asked you.
That means your something different. I wasn't even asked." he said.
"We our Guardians because of our will to do something and what we'll do for it." he said remembering his own promise. "Our task is to restore order that means to find the lost heroes and restore our worlds. We'll need all the help we can get." he said looking towards her.
"I don't think he'll say anything to you until you say yes or no. Maybe if you ask a reasonable question." he said glancing at The Keeper.

Alex looked over at the new boy, her expression a little weary. "Like I said...he's the second guy who's come to me about something like this. Does this mean I'll be pulling double shifts when things get down to the wire? Does he have anything to do with the other guy that came to me? What all's going to happen if we do go back to our own worlds?" she said, then crossed her arms. "And what all does this entail? Before I say yes or no either way. I'll jump into fights blind, but not something that sounds so...tied down like this."

"No you will not I can tell you that.The Keeper said ignoring Blaze comment.Your job has Keeper barely draws you from your life and when you return to your world you'll still be a Guardian. If these things do intersect they'll be for the same thing. He said tell her.The job will not be as hard as it would have if you were by yourself. He'll be able to cross to your world when this crisis ends.The Keeper said.If you say yes, your powers will be enhanced and you will be giving a failsafe incase you are near defeat or deat..Your understanding will be increased and you'll have access to knowledge off the past at your disposal in the Hall of Secrets. There isn't much to being a Keeper but it requires people like you. I have been completely honest with you." The Keeper said.
Flashstep:
Blaze was looking at the red head he was talking too. He was used to this but he unfroze her anyways.He wanted to know more about her she seem to be different in away."You alright?" he asked even though he knew her answer would be yes.

Alex stared at him for a long moment. Finally she sighed and shrugged her shoulders. "Fine..." she replied. "As long as this doesn't pull me out of important things...or wack out my stone in any way...I guess I'm in."

You and Blaze will be co protectors of this sector. He'll run the thing we do to you also. The last thing I will be saying to you is good luck new Guardian and may the tides bring you good will.
The Keeper vanished and changed TK appearance back to his civies.
Time resumes
Flashstep:
"I guess welcome to the corps." Blaze said unsure what to say to her. "Before I explaining anything of what just happen. How about we get something to eat?" Blaze said trying to ignore his stomach as it growled loudly.

"Alex." she replied. Then she motioned over to the brown haired girl in a silver one-piece beside her. "This is Stella."
Steel just nodded at them. She had no idea what was going on...but decided to just go with it. At least for now.

"And I'm Vivienne." she leaned in and whispered with a smile.
"Sorry. I'm sorta new, and I'm fine......everything was really...strange...seemed like it was forever."
She shook her head, then giggled when she heard his stomach growl.
"You know, my apartments close. Your all welcome to back back for the night. Ill make dinner...or breakfast. It is really late. You can all crash there. I have plenty of room."

"Nice name.Why are we whispering?" he whispered with a grin on his face. Blaze like the idea since he was hungry but he had no costume since he didn't actually remember what Flash told him a while back about using the Speed Force to make a costume. Something about visualize something and something. He'll have to run to Rider's Corp facility that was near the Daily Planet to get his old Flashstep costume.. "I'll need stop get my costume first"..looking at the girls surrounding him. "Do any of you have costumes or gear?"

"No." Alex replied simply. "I didn't exactly pack to be in some messed up world for god-knows-when."
Steel blinked a bit and looked down at her own outfit. Wasn't this enough of a costume? Hrm....perhaps it needed a mask or something.
"As for staying the night," Alex continued. "Gonna have to pass. I don't want to be away from the extremely few people I do know here for that long. When we left one of my friends, she was still unconscious."

"Since we'll be heading separate ways. We should at least establish a psy link. It's how Guardians of the same sector keep in contact even if there in a galaxy far away. We can establish a personal link with others but it's complicated. You either have to care about each other or some very strong trust. It goes along that line." Blaze said as he walked over to Alex.
Moving before she could blink, he tapped her forehead. It was light but she would feel a jolt of static through her body.
"Thats the quickest way to do it other then The Keeper doing it himself.All you got to do is think my name and think what you have to say." He said shaking the jolt he had gotten.
"I could help you guys out with the costume, The machine is called Visualizer 2.9. It's allows to graph and created what you need but the only downfall is you must be able to picture it. It's is label a defective prototype, so no one would mess with it other then me but it actually works.
It's should be a 5 minute walk from here the daily planet isn't far away." Blaze said looking up to see it in the golden globe.
"Well Viv, if you used that machine I would have to channel
The Speed Force through it. So it'll stay on while you run." He had a habit of just giving people nicknames as soon as he met them.
