"Not this time." Superman said as he flew to the side of the telegraphed blow, blasting Doomsday with a face full of un-restrained heat vision.
"Hey Ca-Yowza!" Spider-man leapt out of the way as the building collapsed under him. Unsure of whether or not Black Cat had anticipated the collapse, he shot out a dragline to her back and yanked her clear of the falling debri.

Cat gasped as the concrete beneath her feet just fell away, and automatically crouched to push herself off and flip out of harms way; unfortunately, before she could, she was yanked back forcefully by something. Sending up another webline, she made it to another building and then stopped to rub her neck. "Ow." Glaring reproachfully at Spider-man, she added, "My hero."

Since Doomsday had not yet died from Superman's heat vision, it still hurt pretty bad, but Doomsday was use to pain and nothing would ever amount to the pain he had went through over his lifetime. Flinching slightly from the eye lasers, Doomsday stood fully up again and spat at the ground, his eyes locking onto Superman's own eyes. Doomsday knew a direct confrontation with Superman wouldn't one hundred percent work, but for now it would have to do. Doomsday disappeared again and from the road a few blocks away, cars came flying at Superman with each passing second; almost as if it was raining cars from the sky. Doomsday was using his powerful teleportation to teleport to each car he could find and launch it at Superman from where he was, trying to hit him with each one.

Superman engaged his superspeed, dealing with each car differently depending on its angle and trajectory. Some he threw into orbit, some he vaporized with heat vision, still a few more he sent flying back at Doomsday.
"Well excuse me for being concerned for your- Whoa." Spider-man caught his breath, not since Sentry fought Hulk had he seen this kind of power unleashed. It was awe-inspiring and terrifying.

Cat followed his gaze, and her eyes widened. "Wow," she agreed in a whisper.

Danny watched Black Cat swing off, thinking, "Ah, damn it..." Then, he saw two beings of unimaginable power face each other. "Damn..." He'd heard about the battle between Sentry and Hulk (who hadn't?), but this was almost something beyond that. The ferocity of the clash screamed of mortal enemies, bound to end only when one of the two was dead. He didn't recognize either of them, though. They must be from another Universe, which was entirely possible, considering the merging. This, however, was dangerous, too dangerous for someone who was supposed to be in his protection to be around. He needed to get Black Cat out of here and over to the Sanctum. Danny got on the bike and touched the spark plug, initiating the transformation into Ghost Rider. As soon as the change was complete, the Ghost Rider rode up the building and onto the roof that Spider-Man and Black Cat were on. He placed a gloved hand on Black Cat's shoulder from behind, figuring that his bike would have announced his arrival well enough, and said, "Time to go, Black Cat."

Doomsday smashed the cars launched back at him using his own head, sending them flying in different directions without any concern on where they went. Superman was strong, but even he got tired eventually, Doomsday didn't. It was all about wearing him out till the time came where he got sloppy and then Doomsday would deliver the final punch to his skull. That would take a long time however and the best way to make someone vulnerable was to attack their loved ones or in this case, the group Superman deemed to follow him on this little fight. Doomsday didn't use his teleportation, but instead jumped through the air towards Ghost Rider at alarming speeds as his massive bulk seemed to deny the existence of gravity at his speed. Doomsday wasn’t planning to punch any of them, just land on them and obliterate them with his sheer weight.

"Whoa!" Star side doing the debris from the side lines. Hopefully the government was smart enough to evacuate everyone from the immediate area, but it might be spread city wide.
"Damage control.." Diana said point downward to several citizens that watched the epic battle. Consisting of news reporters police and camera men. Diana flew right into the action of the battle."DOOMSDAY!" She hadn't planned on taking Doomsday head on, since Superman was a distracting. She also 'borrowed' the nearest bus and dropped it right on top of him. " That's for you."

Cat turned to glare at him, and then said lightly, "Apparently I'm out of free time, Spider; don't get yourself killed, hmmm? I'd have to find someone new to play with, and that would be such a hassle." She pulled out something that looked suspiciously like one of Stark's sonic cannons, tossed it to him, and then jumped on the back of the bike.

Ghost Rider turned to regard Spider-Man, locking eyes with him momentarily. In that instant, he saw Spider-Man's worst failing, the death of Gwen Stacy. The Spirit of Vengeance looked away, saying nothing, and got on the bike. Ghost Rider revved it up, hiked it up in a wheelie, and drove straight down the building side and onto the road, headed as strightforward as possible to the Sanctum Santorum of Doctor Strange.

Cat blew her Spider a kiss, then devoted her full attention to staying on the bike. "WOOOOO!" she couldn't help but yell as the thing shot off into the night. She loved that motorcycle.

Doomsday was hit head on with the bus and this made him soar through the air until he hit the ground. When he landed, he lifted the bus, starting to spin it rapidly before letting it go back at Wonder Woman with himself not far behind as he teleported above her to deliver a downward smash straight towards her head while the bus the bus was still coming from where he had thrown it back to her. Doomsday was interested in where those others had disappeared to and planned to follow them when his work was done here and Superman lie dead on the streets. Doomsday could die, but it wasn’t like he wanted to; each revival brought on more pain for him to suffer and the reason he kill most often was for pleasure and to stop others from killing him.

Pixie stood on the sideline, a little stunned. The whole ordeal had developed into something she wanted no part in. Checking to be sure the heros were busy, she turned and took off running in a different direction.

Still somewhat stunned, Spider-man barely noticed that Cat and Ghost Rider were leaving. When he did, however. "Wait, Cat, Ghost Rider, where are you guys going? We need all the help we can get over here!" Hoping to convince them to return, he took off after them.
((Exit Spider-man to Sanctum Sanctorum))
In a flash, Superman was between Wonder Woman and Doomsday. Knowing that she would deflect or lasso the bus, he foucused on Doomsday, catching him by his wrists and letting loose with another burst of heat vision in his face, a plan was beginning to form in Clark's mind. "Stargirl listen to Wonder Woman and Evac those civillians now!" Only one question dragged at Superman's mind, where had Spider-man gone to?

{Enter Stephen Strange from the Sanctum Sanctorum}
About a thoroughly frantic minute or two later, a thunderous chain of latin words cut through the chaos like a knife. Quite suddenly, everything within a two block radius froze. Living beings were still conscious; they simply could not make themselves move even the smallest fraction of an inch. The only person who apparently could move was a tall, dark haired man with hair that had gone white around the temples. He looked ruffled, and he looked utterly exhausted; he also looked completely livid and somehow very dangerous, an impression helped by the fact that his eyes were glowing with a pale yellow light. "ENOUGH."
