If Elves scowled, she would have scowled at this man when he, in a roundabout way, threatened her roommate. "Well, sir, it is a good thing she has people around her who can protect her from such unsavory and evil individuals. Although, I'm sure she's quite capable of taking care of herself."
Yes, she was speaking for Athena, which was rude, but all she had said was 'sorry'. And these kind of people did not even deserve an apology.
But his type of people would not make her forget her manners, especially since he was a teacher and her superior. She couldn't believe that someone like HIM was allowed to be in charge of students. "I appreciate your help, sir. I did not know you were an instructor. May I inquire as to what courses you are instructing?"

Upon Silverwings Just then a white translucent eye appeared behind dymetri this ones voice was a bit more human like then the ones Kai summoned before "pardon did you mention master Kai? He is in the tower currently with another student ... if you would like I can show you the way." the eye floated around the group examining them. It then gazed at dymetri "ah you must be the new teacher that was mentioned, it would be a horrible tragedy if one of the students got hurt wouldn't it, Kai would be most upset with whom ever did it." the eye said as if he knew what dymetri was think. ((And I'll move mine. lol.))

((I think it's pretty cool how a creature full of life and nature is speaking to someone who is dead and can bring death to others. And they both are in the same school and he's her superior! Very cool.))

Athena just shook her head amusedly when Lin politely told off the guy. Really, if there was a way to politely tell someone they were being stupid, she was doing it. She'd have to thank her later.

Lin nodded politely to this... eye. She would not respond yet, though, and possibly interrupt the instructor.

"Yes, good thing there are noble people such as whom you're speaking of." he said, equally staring down the student who spoke for the other. "I'm going to be teaching the Night Class." he said, without explaining any further.
He turned to the eye, somewhat amused. He cracked a smirk. "I'm almost positive I'd feel the same way. Please, show these students to the tower and I'll continue on my way to my section of the school." he said, his eyes flashing red for a couple moments before turning. iVampire
