Well, they got sidetracked repeatedly at the fountain and haven't actually moved past it yet. I think they're finally getting back to "Oh, hey, we should be moving to the forest" again now.
Sun: I talked with her about it a while back, and I was just going to meet you guys at the forest, though that partly depends on what's happened by the time Kael and the Owlets get to the fountain. H was going to just go for a glance of it to make sure no one there was in dire need of his help before going straight to the forest himself.
He has no idea that Sun or Teira would be going that way, he actually is entirely crazy enough to think that if the trap he is walking into was designed for someone else, he might manage well enough to take the heat off of everyone else, or at least ruin the trap for who it was meant for.
Edit: I'm fairly positive everyone is by the stadium's entrance or something; not in the fighting area, but still on stadium grounds, but apparently there's confusion somewhere. I guess Sun and Sierra would best be able to just clear that up.

edit: I ignored that and just noticed the part where Erinn wrote that during the fight Teira crashed into a wall at the stands - which caused Hono to save the last civilians from flying rubble.

I... I haven't actually read the first page except for a quick skim a while ago... but I got the impression that we've got a lot of places built into the stadium and really thick walls, and then more stuff surrounding it, and I'm imagining this grand fountain outside the main entrance to the stadium... that's how it sounded from Sun's writing way back when anyhow.
But I think Rage at least, if not Sun and Teira, had a bunch of the people who had been disappointed by finals running into them all fighting as they were leaving and deciding they'd hunker down where they were and get their money's worth.
Which leaves the hilarious possibility of this whole conflict with Victor or at least Ra'kar being televised and public knowledge, and rapidly grow to be general knowledge distorted horribly as rumors develop. XP

Yeah, skimmed the first page yesterday but couldn't find this fountain thing.
However, from one of Erinn's posts:
"She strolled away from the Siren, leaving her doubled over and stood by Sunstrike's limb. Picking it up she walked down from the stands and held it out the great Salamander across the ring from her, but not before bending down to pick up something else at the base of the walls."
And Hono and fools are in the stands, too.
But well, in the end, it doesnt really matter, at least not for this scene I'd say...just makes me take a note to directly draft a location sketch next time =p

It's rain. Is there much you can do save start/stop it, or maybe do some elemental control? I'm pretty sure the goddamn weather is fair game.

What is he anyway? Cyberpunk makes me think of damn cool outfits and wicked weapons.

Cyberpunk is basically what you think of. Cybernetics and the such and he has a wicked weapon. Chainsword.

Lucind did a good thing in drawing him out, since capturing him will be easy.

I put a fountain in for creative environmental purposes, sheesh, yes I set it up, does EVERYTHING have to be on the first page for you people? It's a fantasy water based stadium OF COURSE there are gonna be fountains, and aqueducts ect. ect.
On that note, I didn't want a fight with anyone in the stadium, I stand still for two seconds and I have everyone's own guilt trips shoved into the middle of it all. Next time I'm taking the girl and winding up in the dead forest instantaneously. That'll teach me to RP out a scene.
Ra'kar isn't there physically. Malice is the only threat, the rest of you had better find something else to do that actually is worth something rather then milling about being confused and being confusing and having mental chats and heart to hearts over peoples feelings in the middle of someone elses parade, okay?
