Troden growled as his claws swiped his back. He promptly landed hard on the ground, and moved towards Remus this time going in the offensive. A mere swipe would be a nuisance, but both he and Remus had given each other worse.

Remus met Troden's attack, his hands locking with Troden's. He held the lock for a moment and then spoke. "This is how warriors fight. The fever of battle pumping through our veins. And it won't leave until the opponent is no more!" Remus pushed back hard, sending both of them reeling away from each other.

Troden grinned, regaining his equilibrium and going for Remus again, this time making a sweeping kick to his legs, and if that worked he would pay that swipe in full.

Remus didn't recover as quickly as Troden had. The kick caught him full on and he fell on his left shoulder. His right leg swept out fast at Troden's only current grounded foot. At the very least, it would give him time to recover.

Lina made it just in time to see Remus and Troden clash together, her eyes hardening as the image played in her head of all the times vampires and lycan fought with such hatred and passion.. She closed her eyes slightly before she began to look for the girl. She had to be nearby.

Troden didn't have time to get up and slipped on the ground once again, but he flipped to his feet and aimed a clawed hand straight towards Remus' gut.

Jen leaned herself against a tree, "I wish I had popcorn." She mumbled to herself as she watched. "Oh come on, blood would be nice."

Remus's foot shot upwards to Troden's chest, pushing him over his head. "That only works once!" Remus got to his feet and ran at Troden.

Troden used the momentum of the kick to roll back to his feet, pivoting as he aimed a kick at his head, "I'm glad you don't fall for such tricks mroe than once anymore. This ought to be fun then!"

"Glad your enjoying yourself!" Remus caught Troden's kick with his hands. He felt himself skid from the impact and his hands stung slightly. He held the foot with one hand and used his other to strike at Troden's unprotected knee.

Troden's eyes narrowed before he spun himself, swinging his other leg towards Remus. Even if the blow missed, it would free him enough for another move to be made.

Remus felt the shift in weight and ducked, making sure that his claws scratched Troden's leg as he threw himself out of harms way. He rolled to his feet and stood a little ways back, waiting for Troden to make his move.

"I'll save you the effort," Jen said without taking her eyes off of the fight, "I have the crystal. Still have no clue why those two are fighting when it's Troden who wants something from me. But it all works out." She smiled and turned to Lina, "What do want to do?"

Troden's scratched leg landed on the ground as his hands pushed himself off the ground, making him land a few feet away. He felt the wounds heal as he said, "I see you've grown in skill as well as I Remus..." he took off his jacket with a smirk, "I say we take this to another level..." his looked at him for a moment and charged towards Remus faster than before.
