And considering that she was ship off the academy against he will ....it's quite obvious that that wasn't her strong suit. Otherwise, instead of trying to make things work, she would have run away with something of value and went back home.

She wouldn't she wasn't one for the field, just pamper and taught the rules of combat. Anyway .....how would you deal with if you was a ninja. Switch out yourself with someone else, and then simply go home to let the poor person who end up taking your place deal with the problems?

Being a student at the Academy is basically the same as being contracted under a Lord. Missions would be taken and completed; but they would be completed in a Ninja Like Fashion!

But, that is only if the shinobi agreed to the contract ...what happens if they don't? Shinobi fight for their own reasons, and if money isn't it ...then there isn't a Lord that can force them to do anything.
Only Samurai give their loyalty to a Lord alone.

Only Samurai give their loyalty to a Lord alone. ...you...know...like...nothing about ninja other then the obvious don't you? sweatdrop Loyalty and Money were basically it. They were mercenaries for the most part, thus if they were paid properly the mission would be done. Loyalty would generally be to one's own clan, or family, but occasionally to a Lord. Very few ninja operated alone, and frequently those that did, did so because they were either outcast, the last of a clan, or because they were out for revenge. Additionally modern pop culture, and old folklore has actually added a loooooot of bullshit about ninja. ^_^"

Mercenaries live by their own set of rules ...they were never loyal to a lord just money, and their clan. Not necessarily even their own family ...I don't know a lot, but I know that much.
They were generally sent out to assasinate and other things, because they had little in the term of honor.
You are right that I know just a little, but I don't want my character to be the perfect shinobi anyway. It defeats the purpose, because, as I stated before she wouldn't be here.
Why would they sent their best to be use for whatever purpose, and without any guarentee of a kick back in return?

Assassination. Espionage. Arson; and various Terrorist acts. Ninja did have honor, but their code of honor was different from that of the Samurai. Samurai had a strict honor code, they would not perform underhanded acts, and would fight openly. In the time the term Shinobi was first coined the Feudal Lords had need of men willing to do what the Samurai would not. Ninja first started out merely as spies, most of which came from Iga and Koga. In time these two places began training their agents more specifically, and their pool of tasks grew. Not all ninja worked in the field. Most of the higher ranking ninja actually served to organize things. Keeping tabs on who went where, contracts, payments, equipment, and the like, acting in a more supervisory role then the lowest ranking Ninja who performed only field work. Several ninja were in fact loyal to a specific lord, though in truth these particular ninja were coined as such by their descendants and others. The famous 'ninja' Hattori Hanzo was actually a Samurai, with ancestry in Iga. Several of his descendants actually wrote 'Ninja Manuals' thus leading to the belief that he himself was a shinobi, or at least trained as one. I get that you don't want them to be the perfect Shinobi, but as she is...she's basically a lil girl playing ninja. I will admit perhaps I'm being overly critical right now and I'm not entirely sure what's gotten into me actually. Now as for why they'd send someone important. They could owe the Organization a favour for one. Secondly the Organization ruled the world once, assuming that is likely to occur again it wouldn't hurt to be on their good side. Better to be the right hand of the devil then in his path. In this case it seems more likely to be training seeing as the Academy doesn't exactly pull punches.
