"...I don't know..." he said, headtilting a bit. "unless...he's talking...about...oh." He then realized it. "I...guess I helped out a lot in stopping something. It...was a legendary Pokemon."

"Uh...." He then took out his SNAG. It was apparently in the dex as far as he remembered back then. He quickly searched then found it and showed Tails the image and info of Cobalion. "This one."

Lykas sat outside with Latifah, trying to get the Gothorita to talk to him. He had realized only after getting back to HQ that the only reason he had snagged the Psychic-type was because it had been obvious that Mykel was enjoying the battle with it. He had his SNAG out and was looking at information on it's species, trying to figure out how he could use this one in battle. Psychic-types really weren't his forte and the only reason he had Mykel was because he'd had the Pokemon since he had been a scared young Ralts.

I refuse to dignify you with the pleasure of my company.

"What?" Lykas looked around for a moment before realizing that had been telepathy. He should have realized it sooner, but this Pokemon was most likely to communicate in the same manner as it's Hoenn cousin. "I don't expect you to like me, honestly. I did steal you from your trainer, after all. But my Kirlia had a really fun time battling you. And I get the feeling you shared the sentiment." The teen told the goth Psychic-type.

I.....may have enjoyed that battle. Latifah's response was a bit hesitant, though the Pokemon wasn't outright denying that the battle had been enjoyable.

Elsewhere in HQ, Jira sat on a bed with Altair and Hesperos, thinking aloud. "I haven't really had a teacher since the accident.....Maybe I should see if Sub can find me one? Or I'll keep looking and see if I can't track one down, myself, instead of trying to learn on my own."

"Mediiii..."
"Tooooooooooy."

With the thought of finding a teacher in mind, the youth crawled under his blankets and decided it was time to hit the hay.

"Nothing is ever all you," Tails said as he let go. "Except, you know. Bathroom business. But Blizz is calling you hero so you had to have did a lot in stopping it. And speaking of..." His mouth quirked as he thought of it. "How many experience points do you get from something like -that-?"

Sometimes Tails could forget that Tristen was a little less hip to technology than he was. On the other hand, they were still the most Amish kids on the block.

"It's nothing," he finally said. "So you beat up a legendary. What else did you do?"

Tails had seen this Pokemon before, on one of the Snagem outings. He'd forgotten it since. "Ember scales," he said. "I bet it'd be fun to jump into a vat of that."

"Pfffft no. Castelia cones take like.. 15 seconds to make, but all day to get to. I once stood in line for an entire day just to get some for my friend..." It was simple for Hawk to flip flop between these conversations. It came from experience! Many times, he'd participate in his parent's conversations, only to find they were talking to him about two entirely different things, and talking to each other about something seperate. "Unova all the way! Joined to fight Cipher, stayed for the free food. So I guess I'm just gonna go to Sinnoh and have a feel around."

Hawk turned to head back to his quarters. He'd have some preparing to do. But first, he stopped and turned around. "Ohhey, 'Sub'Machine gun, I don't think I ever got around to asking, but where do Dark type training, ex Monk, walking library channelers come from? ...Not implying that you are a channeler, which I have suspicions about, but saying that you channel all of the aforementioned subjects.... Where were you from again?"
