Second stage bloodline is more powerfull... Being a single-element class already gives all the chackra needed to blast out quite a bit of jutsus. Plus, you can power them up in other ways without as many disvantages. Culdn't resis by the way.  The translation:Who's a little slut, give me a smile.

Have you ever read the second stage of my bloodline which says one of the fastest rpc alive. And he will be one element with that will make atleast three above but more then likely far more. That is not even exadurating in the least.

Not really, i'm not interested in bloodlines... Do intend to get a tenkougan implant to learn [Kaiser fist] with jung tough. And no, with the 60% bonus of the 6th gate he's still faster...

Not really when my rpc is atleast three but more then likely atleast five types pass sannin. And he has lightning as his one and only element which will make him almost as fast as lightning. So even if he as eight gates he might just as fast as him.

@Ser:My RPC is gonna be slow, not as much as brigand, but Kill is still be faster even with the 6th gate. The utimate speedster is azurro Inferni's. And like hell i'd open the 8th gate without a HUGE need for it xp
@Kill:But you'l still have to wait 2nd stage... wish Ishi's costom jutsu was accpted soon.

Brigand will indeed be slow, but he'll also have some pretty awesome power to make up for it.
And Kill, speed isn't everything. Just hope you don't fight Rika xd
