Its like the regular way. By your kage or exams. How else would you Rank up

Heh, I didn't give that question enough thought.
Here's a better one then. I noticed that learning techniques take a certain amount of posts...when I tend to write, I don't write short posts...So is there like a line basis we go off, in the even that an individual such as myself should type up the five thousand character limit in a singular post?

Last question...do we get missions or do we have to make them up ourselves?
I found the missions section...while on missions, can those posts also count towards jutsu learning?

And yes, it does. The only time the lengths matter are for Sage Training and stuff such as that.

So I'll tone my posts down so that I don't get frustrated when typing up huge bits....perhaps I'll type up something large and then just break it down into multiple posts.... Hrm...
