ICU Pen pals does sound cool, but my handwriting's probably worse than Tosh's. I can't even read it half the time! xp So I doubt you'd be able to read anything I write by hand. xp Plus most of the mail that gets sent to me has to get sorted out by my parents first, and they would obviously get suspcious if someone sent me something all the way from the UK. I'd be fine with just a postcard sent to my hotmail address.

I dunno about changing my name. I've used Minielf at so many forums and message boards it's practically my second nickname now. It'd be hard to create another identity that would sound good.
