Gambler smiled. "That was the son of my God. He was such a good man until he sacrificed himself for all the bad everyone did. Especially after they betrayed him, he still chose to help. Then he was brought back to life and from then on, people believed that someone up there was truly watching over them. That someone is God, the one I serve." She said looking at Aria. "It's more than kindness Aria. I respect you for being different from your people and the fact that you showed the same respect. For that I thank you."

Aria looked up in wonder at the man, noting the crown of barbed wire on his head and shook her head. "It's a mystery..." she murmured to herself. She serves a God whose had a demigod-like son. And look how poorly he must have been treated... She wanted to break down and weep for the celestial being, forced to lead a group of people that, at least at that time, didn't respect him or adore him.
Oh Hoa-Ki, my Great Mother, you have my unwavering dedication and adoration, she prayed and swallowed back the tears in her throat.
"Well, would you mind meeting up at Logan's before I return to the Seelie Court? I want to help him pack up and leave before your men take him to safety..."

"It is a mystery because now after all these years, they want to know the man who brought them religion and who cured the blind. They want to know who he is and because of what he did right, they worship him and God more than ever. They want a place by his side but what people don't know is that if they don't commit the biggest sins, they could always have a place with him." She said with a shrug and stood up. "Give me his address and I'll be there with my boys. Rave? I want you to go ahead to meet up with Eri and make sure that Kalore isn't aware of this."

The elf nodded, leaving quickly and quietly, using his shadows once he was out of sight. Entering the club, Rave stayed out of sight of the workers as he went up to the manager's room. "Rave." "Eri." The two quickly spoke, talking quietly. "So... Kal's not to know?" He shook his head. "I see. I hate saying this, but what about sending him off with that... demon?" Rave smirked, "Accepting that you lost?" "Never!" A growl came from him. "But it will work for now."

Gambler nodded to the leaving Rave and looked at Aria. "Give me the address and I will be there as soon as possible. You have my word that nothing will happen to Logan. He's going to be very well protected by my little ones." She said with a smile.

Aria nodded and recited the address from memory, and then gave directions via landmarks. Aria was never one for directions by street names. But she knew the boulder on the corner of a street decorated with shops intimately.
"You don't have to tell me that Gambler I already know..." Aria said and smiled at her before also heading out of the church herself. "Why else on Earth do you think I'd let him go with you?"

Gambler stuck her tongue out at the Fae and poke her own nose, making it look like one of those funny yet cute anime expressions. "You'll let him hang around me because I'm uber cool and funny and I'm the life of a party." She teased and saluted to Aria, leaving into the night and calling her Twins to meet her ASAP at the direction to Logan's place.
As she got their, she met up with her lovely russian twins who hugged their mother tightly before being ordered to protect someone very important to a friend. Without questions, they went up to Logan's door and knocked.

Aria wasted no time getting to Logan's apartment. He lived on the third floor in a small, little one room, kitchen, 1.5 bath, and a "cozy" living room. He let her in, looking like he had just rolled out of bed. He smiled at first glance, and then when he saw her expression, became serious.
"I need you to get out of here," Aria said briskly before walking straight back into his room and began pulling out clothes and other necessities to stuff into a briefcase or two.
"What's going on Aria?" Logan asked and pulled a suitcase out from under his little bed without being asked.
"Do you remember that man from the hill top?"
"Yeah what about that loser?" Logan asked and helped her shovel in the clothes. She paused and smiled.
"Well that loser is bringing losers like him. And when he saw us together... well I think he'll hurt you." Aria explained quickly.
"Where are we going?" Logan asked and Aria stopped and looked into his eyes.
"We aren't going anywhere. You're going into hiding."
"You aren't coming with me?!-" Logan asked incredulously.
"Logan there's no time to argue-" Aria whispered and at that moment she heard the knock at the door.
"Who's that?"
"I think Gambler..." she murmured and silently walked through the door, peeking out of the peep hole to find two strangers there. "I don't know who they are..." she whispered and her throat went dry.
"Scooch over, maybe I know 'em," Logan said and stepped up to the peep hole.

Gambler knocked again. The twins stood looking down the hallway making sure that no one was snooping around in business they had no right to. "Hello Mister Logan? It's housekeeping." She said, the twins laughing softly at their mother's humor. "It's not funny you guys." She knocked again. "Seriously Logan, it's Mary. Open up so we can send you someplace nice." Maybe a island would be a good place for Logan to chill out in. Especially since everyone needed a vacation after this war with the Unseelie.

Aria furrowed her brow and Logan only shrugged.
"I don't know 'em," he said and Aria sighed.
"Here, let me answer the door," she murmured and opened the door. Logan stood behind it. "Who are you?" she asked and stood in the open doorway with her arms crossed.

The Twins raised their brows and looked over their shoulder's at their mother, and boss, Gambler. "We are here to accompany Mister Logan to a hideaway." Their russian accents as smooth as honey that would make any woman melt. But this wasn't the time or place for it. Gambler had stepped from behind them, looking around the hallway and then over her shoulder at Aria. "I think it's best if we skip the introductions and get to the part where Logan is safe someplace else where you can get to him later. What do you think Aria?" She asked with a no-none sense serious boss woman attitude.

Aria's gaze fell on Gambler and she felt the tension in her muscles ease up.
"Hey that's that woman," Logan said and peered from behind the door.
"I didn't know they were with you, I thought you'd come alone." Aria said and turned back into the house. "Come in, we're just finishing packing up. I'm grateful you could make it here so quickly."
"Where are you taking me anyway?" Logan asked and looked at Gambler and the two twins. "And I'm supposed to just go with these people Aria? Alone?" He said to Aria who was shoving more underwear and wifebeaters and socks into a suitcase, before proceeding. "I mean, no offense or anything," he shot hastily to Gambler and the twins. "I just would feel much better about everything if you came with me Aria. You know how much I'm going to worry?"
Aria's tough exterior softened. "I know. Great Mother! I know." she said with a whispered cry. "But you've got to trust Gambler because I trust Gambler, and because I can't accompany you to your destination. I have to get some things back in the Seelie Court."
"Then let me come with you!" Logan answered and Aria looked over his shoulder at Gambler for a long moment, before sadly shaking her head.
"Logan I have searched nearly three years for you, I will not let you disappear from me so easily. I will be with you the very instant that I can. Please, just go with them to safety."
Logan sighed and zipped up a stuffed suitcase. "If you swear you'll hurry," he whispered and took her into his arms, wrapping them around her waist. Aria melted into his embrace, allowing her to be open and vulnerable in front of Gambler and the twins.
"Quick as Hoa-Ki permits, darling." She sighed and regretfully pulled away from the warm safety of his embrace. "I need some fresh air, then I'll tell you where I want him to go. Give me a moment," she said a little breathlessly to Gambler before racing outside, leaving a dejected Logan alone with three people he didn't know anything about.

Gambler nodded with a grave and sad expression but she smiled slightly. "I'll tell you something about these two boys. They are my sons and I'm entrusting you to them and them to you. Not only will you be protected by two Cherub angels but you will be keeping a close eye on my boys out of harms way should anything happen." The Twins blinked at each other and looked at Gambler with a tense, almost worried expressions.
"They have working phones that have all my numbers and of everyone in my group including those of my generals of the city. You will be given a phone as well as Aria so that you both can keep in touch via phone. I swear to you that you will be with Aria. If something happens to me I swear on my grave that my men will do whatever they can to protect you and Aria." She said, with determination. Even the Twin's looked at Logan with that same determination and nodded. "So long as there is a kitchen were we are going and you don't mind us cooking, friend." Ivan said with a wry smile.
Gambler gave her boys the look a mother would always give them. "You know, one of these days your going to make me go bankrupt for all the food you eat. I'll make sure you have enough money to buy off the enemies and if it comes down to it, you might have to change your identity. But that last one is a last resort." She said, giving Logan an apologetic smile.

Aria was outside, gulping down the fresh air. She needed to pull herself together. This is a mission Aria. You need to start treating it like one and get your emotions out of the way. Her mother would have said, scolding her. She closed her eyes and inhaled deeply, centering herself. She opened her eyes and went to a nearby boulder, gently placing her open palm onto it's cool, rough surface. "Balvan, mi iskanje po vas. Pokaži mi sveto mesto, in blagoslovi moja ljubezen je prehod." Boulder, let me search through you. Show me a holy site, and bless my love's passage. With that incantation her mind melded into the boulder and began racing along the streets of Area 6. Her mind flashed by the dark alleyways and suspicious corners, through wide open, grassy fields, on and on endlessly. Until her mind abruptly came to a screeching halt and a broken, busted shanty.
It had a sagging roof, creeky steps led to an unstable looking front porch. It was terribly small, must have been just one room, one bathroom, and a small kitchen area. It was ancient. Weeds had choked out the grass once surrounding the little house, leaving the area around it dusty and rocky, and one dead tree could be seen not too far off to the left. It was a desolate spot.
It was under divine protection.
Aria pulled away from the boulder, thanking it at she left, and returned into Logan's apartment. She walked into the room and saw Logan sitting on the edge of the bed, pinching the bridge of his nose.
"What have I gotten myself into?" he murmured to himself and Aria went to his side. "You're lucky you're so beautiful otherwise I wonder if I'd put up with this weird Unseelie stuff," he said in a feeble attempt at making a joke. Aria smiled.
"The same goes for you, y'know," she retorted and faced Gambler and the twins. "I never introduced myself to you two, my name is Aria, and this is Logan. I'm sure you already knew that, I just feel better with formal introductions." She said with a kind smile. "Anyway, whenever everyone is ready to go, I'll lead you guys to the place. Just say the word..."

Gambler smiled and hugged her twins who hugged her back tightly. "Oh my little babies are all grown up." She mused, wiping a fake tear from her face as she looked at her fully grown Twins. "Now behave yourselves." She said giving them the motherly look and they both nodded innocently.
Turning to face Aria, she frowned a bit. "For safety precautions I cannot go with you all directly to where Logan is going to be taken. I think it would look suspicious since Bane might be somewhere in the city. So what I was thinking was, you take the Twins to the destination and I'll take a look alike of Logan and yourself to another opposite end of the city for 'safety'." She said thinking that if she could lure the attention on her and away from them, it might give them a better chance to stay hidden and in secret.
"Of course, we could always take the sewers to where ever it is you want to go. It leads out of the city and into the large plain and to other cities if you know where to turn." She said shrugging and offered a really nice, chrome polished gun to Logan. "You might need this." The Twins smiled and looked at Gambler. "But we brought our toys to protect him." They said together. "Yes well....It's the least I can do since I've done nothing but be a horrible person." She said shrugged and motioned for Aria and Logan to exit the apartment. "Let's go?"
