Yenyit: Yup, my ankle is weird. It all depends on how much I use it - cuz the talus bone is basically cutting off circulation so blood just pools and muscles kinda get starved and stuff. So... pain. My muscles on that leg are smaller than on the other. And the ankle looks different too (kinda looks like there's a tendon missing... but it's just not in the right place because of the bone)

Link: Nose is kinda numb where I got frostbite. Still feels pain though lol. Whenever I go outside and it feels just the littlest bit cold it hurts.

should get repairative surgury ont aht whenever you can o.o...or...push it back in place while fighting the pain as you do biggrin

Ouch lol
All the time I've been outside sledding/playing shinny hockey outside in -30+ weather, I've never got frost bite.
I guess I have an extra few layers of fat to protect me mrgreen LOL

my face and hands are dry and cracking and hurting because of the cold dry weather x.x...

Me too. I've put my body through a lot of crap before. But this frostbite.... I had no control over. One gust of wind was all it took to get frostbite - the windchill was that severe (wind was crazy nutsly cold).

When I saw the chiropractor he WOULD put it back in place, but as soon as I put pressure on the joint it would pop back out. Doesn't hurt, just uncomfortable. I can sometimes do it myself. I have an appointment with my doctor near the end of the month for a vaccination, so I'm going to talk about it with him then. I know there's physio - but the joint already has to be in proper alignment for that right? There's also a surgery where they can fuse the joint into place - but then I'd lose mobility... Maybe there's an in between option - like rods or staples or whatever to put it back in place and keep in there until it heals proper, then go for physio to strengthen it up so it won't happen again.
