Gambler smiled brightly at the Fae. "Then I guess I should get a will made." She took Rave's hand, walking down the aisle to the otherside of the room where the stage was for the priest to stand and preach to the large mass of people who devoutly listen and walked into a nice, quiet room. With her mind, she lit the place up with the candles that were there and sighed. "Rave, if you know another human language, let's talk in it so we can keep this between us because I got to tell you, I hate taking a gamble when it comes to the lives of others. If it was a direct threat from me, I would give myself up to them and kill them from the inside out but this? With people I don't trust?" She sighed.

Gambler nodded a thank you to Rave but her gratitiude faded to annoyance. "Aside of me being a angel and being all righteous and what not because what I do is going to very much earn me a nice spot next to Satan himself in the afterlife but honest to the heaven above, I'm one step away from slapping someone." She growled, pacing to calm herself down.

"I get that they want to stop the bad guys from messing with this city and I get that Aria choose this city to help herself restore her families name to the good graces of people and to earn a spot in a high rank position but through this means? There are other ways of achieving that and if she wanted to have her mate then it could always be arranged. If one door closes, another will always open." She threw her hands up and growled.

"You know, I don't have a single concern for the people here because what the Unseeile can corrupt is my insurance policy. It's going to buy me and everyone on this time enough to stop them. I have similiar resources like they do. Why do I feel like I'm talking to a brick wall when I'm concerned about the people that are around me and when I want to know about the enemy, I end up knowing about their deity. No offense to her of course." She eyed the ceiling cautiously. "But, it's not like we are sharing our respective supreme beings to see which one is better because they are all perfect and better than all of us down here."

Sighing she leaned against a table, bowing her head. "I'm ranting, apologize to you, to Aria, to the heavenly figures and I'm ready to argue with you on coming up with a sound decision that can at least keep everyone happy without problems."

Gambler relaxed a bit more against Rave and shook her head. "I figured that it was Bane at the park. He does look different and...." She pouted, moving back a bit to look at herself. "He didn't recognized me. I guess I changed too." It wasn't important but she was damn glad Bane didn't notice who she was because she didn't need a confrontation so early in the game.

Sighing again, she nodded to Rave. "I know that your right. You keep proving what most of my logic and instinct are telling me to do. Your like a physical conscience." She muttered. "So, I take it that Sir Rave of the Elves is giving a aye to let these flying creatures enter my city?" She asked, giving a grimance as she knew she had to choose the samething...For her city and people.

Gambler smiled and kissed his cheek. "My sweet, sweet Sir Rave, I would never give up any tricks or cheats to the enemy. As a saying goes, 'You ain't cheating, you ain't trying.' So, you abilities, mines and everyone's that we so love very dearly is under wraps until they personally want to show off and shock the glitter off the fae." That was something she was trying to do even with the very little hints but some people, never the insolent Fae were dim witted. Good, that was very good.

"Then I can only allow a certain amount of Fae soldiers who are willing to fight to the death against the Unseelie. My insurance is in effect now so there will be a small limit to the citizens being "infected" even though they are already chaotic." She grumbled but she had a fondness for her people here. "We can talk to Aria alone without those two because the only battle that is going to happen is my foot up that......" She smiled, liking the idea that came to mind.

The boss nodded. "That would be a good idea Rave. They like you more than me and I need a few quiet moments with my buddy here." She said, patting the small figure of a cross with the crusified male by the name of Jesus Christ. "I have to say a few prays of forgiveness." She said looking at it.

Aria looked up at Rave and turned to Cyen and Alouthiani "Wait here," she said to the other two in their language. Cyen nodded and Alouthiani narrowed her eyes.

"I don't like all of this secrecy." Alouthiani answered her voice assuming the quality of a hymn.

"They don't trust you, they won't speak to you." Aria answered. "Or if they do they won't tell you anything honest."

"You'll tell us what we need to know?" Cyen asked with his arm slung over the pew. Alouthiani sat next to him and under his arm.

"I didn't know I had that option. Besides, you know where my loyaltys lie." Aria answered with a smile.

"May Hoa-Ki smile on you," Cyen answered in English and the two Fae saluted her.

"Lead the way, sir," Aria said facing Rave with a withering grin. Back down to buisiness.

"Forgive me Aria but this is the only way I feel comfortable in speaking with one member of the Fae who will not drive me nuts. No offense but you were right about having peace. The only peace I can find is with you because you have more than just understanding. You have a heart here in the city in the form of a mate. I don't want you to lose a place with your people or with your man, so we come up with a plan that will make your people and my city happy. Now." She said, looking serious yet patient with Aria. She liked her as a friend and she would like to keep her that way.

"Ah but you found someone who grounds you and gives you focus. I don't want you to lose what happiness you have with Logan, so if you don't mind, I would like to send him out of the city with my two boys for protection because if Baney-baby has caught up with you while with Logan, your male will be targeted to get to you and that is one thing we can't afford to let happen. But this is by your permission." She said, not wanting Aria to lose something she just found. That would piss off Gambler and get her to want Bane's head and his Dark Master's head mounted on her wall of her office.
